Contacted Gareth in regards to converting a very old system boiler to a new combination boiler. Gareth was very helpful and sent out Dan the same day to have a closer look at the layout of our boiler system. After having a few other quotes in the week, and yes they were cheaper but their products were cheaper. Eventually we decided to pay the little more to receive a better product and service. The following week, Dan and Lorenzo came to install our new boiler. In the two days that these guys were here, they did a great job around our home and everything was done to a very high standard, leaving no mess behind. We are pleased with the level of professionalism and service we received! Thank you guys!

Excellent service, they were quick to send a polite and skilled engineer who found the leak in my boiler condenser pipe quickly. It didn't take him long to fix the cracked pipe and he even shared some excellent advice to reduce my gas bill. Highly recommended!

We were looking to replace an ageing back boiler with a modern combi boiler. Gareth visited us and came back with his quotes within a couple of hours. The work was carried out the following week. Our old back boiler, gas fire, airing cupboard tank and loft cistern were all removed quickly and the new boiler and associated pipework installed with the minimum of fuss. This work took 2 full days. The morning of the third day was taken up by a power flush of the system. So job completed within 2 and a half days. I can't speak highly enough of the 2 lads who did the work - Dan and Lorenzo. They were professional, competent, friendly and kept us informed throughout about the work they were doing. After they had finished they explained how the system worked and how to use the controls. They filled in all the associated paperwork and sorted out the payment details. They were fantastic and a credit to Gareth Williams Heating Ltd. I look forward to renewing acquaintances in a year's time when we have our annual boiler service. Thank you Gareth, Dan and Lorenzo for making the whole project simple and straightforward throughout. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for any work of a similar nature.

I rang GWH Ltd. to see if they would repair a Vaillant Boiler. They arrived the same day, I received a quote within hours which I accepted. They returned the next day and completed the repair. Had our ageing Baxi Bermuda back boiler serviced through this company, by Lorenzo who is contracted by Gareth Williams Heating. He apologised for arriving an hour early but we didn't mind as everything was ready for him. He was very professional and thorough in his work and gave me detailed advice on the possibility of replacing the boiler with something up to date should we consider it. Very polite and corteous throughout, will book again for next year's service. The cost was very reasonable too.

We were impressed by the friendly yet professional service provided by Gareth Williams Heating Ltd. Our 21-year-old (!!!) boiler stopped working (unsurprisingly), though we were given several options as to how to proceed - e.g. repair or completely replace it - without any uncomfortable 'hard sell' techniques that many service providers employ. As soon as we decided to replace the boiler, Gareth Williams Heating Ltd swiftly organised a day and time, suitable for us, to get the new boiler installed. Despite it being such a challenging job, Lorenzo and his colleague (whose name we didn't know, sorry!) from Gareth Williams Heating Ltd kept disruption to a minimum and quickly resolved an issue with a leak into the kitchen as well. We highly recommend Gareth Williams Heating Ltd :)

Lovely company. Been with them for 3 years now servicing my boiler. Always on time and very helpful. Clear explanations. My boiler showed a fault after they had left and they came back the same day to sort it. Also reassured me about the odd noise the boiler had started to make in the last week and explained how to check if it was under warranty. A less honest company would have tried to sell me a repair or even a new boiler.

This is a local business who offer amazing quality and service . They have just installed a complete new heating system for us which i cluded removal of the old back boiler and fitting all new radiators throughout the house. We were dreading having this done ,but our old system had packed in on us so it forced our hand. We were worried about the mess and upheaval especially over the lead up to Xmas. Contacted Gareth with a problem and took some photos of the part that was leaking. The Engineer, Lorenzo, was out within 2 days and fitted the new part and re-configured pipework in the space of an hour. Incredible service once again. Just after moving house we found that the old boiler’s pilot light kept going out. Even though it was just before Christmas and in the middle of Covid, and we called in the late afternoon, Gareth came out the next morning and fixed and serviced it at a very reasonable price. Much appreciated!
