Lee came out to have a look what was wrong with my car, I had the condenser replaced by a mobile mechanic but when I went to have it gased I was advised it couldn't be done. They said it could potentially be a leak, or a lose connection etc. Lee came out and was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. I now have a working aircon and will highly recommend to all, friends, family, strangers! Will be using him for any future requirements I may need.

Lee is very knowledgeable and friendly. A real credit to his profession. It’s on the very rare occasion that you come across someone in the trade who is this dedicated and focussed on the customer. I have a Yaris and two different aircon “specialists” gave me conflicting advice. In the end, thank goodness I found Lee…it just needed a gas recharge…AC back on and in excellent working order. Couldn’t recommend more!

A brilliant experience and work performed by Lee. Can’t say enough how pleased I was with the service I received. He phoned me when he was on his way (10 minutes away) and arrived early due to a cancellation which suited me better. Lee regassed my air-conditioning, explaining everything he was doing and checking for along the way. Before he left he showed me how well the A/C was working which I was pleased with and how to get the best use from my cars air conditioning. Fantastic service from Lee. I would recommend to anyone considering to service their aircon that they do it through Cool Car. My 12 y/o BMW's aircon went from blasting out warm air to a cool 5°c after just 1 quick service.. my only wish is I got it done sooner! Also, great value for money when a full service is cheaper than one bottle of aircon gas/adapter from Halfords 👍

Brilliant service from Dave. Professional and courteous throughout. Talked me through the aircon system on my daughter's 13 year old Toyota Yaris and diagnosed the problem. Had to come back a couple of times due to waiting for parts. Only wanted paying when parts were fitted and A/C was working Couldn't ask for any more. Would highly recommend if you have A/C issues with your car in the West Midlands as he knows his stuff! 5*!

The technician came out and checked my cars air conditioning for leaks using the equipment in the back of his van, and then regassed it. It has not worked as well since the car was new. I would use him again as I have another car with a similar problem which needs sorting out.

A good experience from the outset. Friendly lady took my booking and offered an appointment within 24 hours. The engineer called to say he was on his way and turned up exactly on time. The aircon system was checked, repaired and working again in an hour. Very reasonable price and highly recommended

Brilliant people and company. First time I’ve ever had to call a air con company to fix my cars aircon. I didn’t have a clue who to call, so I just googled and saw this company was local, and I could see that they had a lot of great reviews, so decided to give them a call. I’m so glad I did, the lady on the phone was very polite and answered any queries I had, and the guy turned up when they said he would, and phoned me prior to coming, as agreed. I just want to mention the guy who came, which was Lee, lovely chap, was very professional, and fast. It was raining outside but he stood out in the rain and told me the best way to use the aircon, and which modes to use etc, he didn’t just fix it, take my money and run, he took the time to explain and answer my questions, so thanks Lee. Will be passing your phone number onto my dad today to sort his a/c out. Thank you Coolcar,for making my air con nice and cold again.

Great service provided by Lee. Explained what would be done and pointed out issue with mislabelling of refrigerant type on my car. Car now cooler than before, as shown before and after temperatures, and topped up with gas to manufacturer spec.

Excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service. Resolved the problem straight away. I mentioned to Dave what I was advised by another aircon specialist on the problem being a compressor valve. Dave checked the system and told me it has nothing to do with a compressor valve, he explained to me the problem and regassed the system. I wish I contacted this company in the first place and saved myself time. Would highly recommend.

I had a condenser which had something hit it which i found cool car, got it replaced needed a pipe also which the engineer dave found out and gave me an honest price cheaper than the Big Garages. Was flexible on payments. My Ford Focus MK2 is now cool as ICE and it works it smells better and now more knowledgeable about Air Con also. Defo Recommend to anyone who lives locally. What needed doing was done and on time. Straight to the point no hassle no worries. Emails were courteous and polite updates kept me informed of progress.

Dave was brilliant my civic fuse had gone so compressor was not working. So honest told me fuse hadgone were he couldhave charged mefor a new compressor and fuse. He replaced fuse and a/c worked perfectly. Highly recommend Dave. For any problem you have with A/c. Good price to. Cheers Dave.

Dave does all my cars including my motor home air-con which stopped working, we discovered the air-con was fitted with a compressor normally fitted to a John Deere tractor, other parts from Land Rover discovery etc. Only a determination to get to the bottom of it and the knowledge to make it all work was his reward. Excellent service . The local dealer for my vehicle manufacturer failed twice to sort my air con. It continually lost pressure but no leak could be detected. It has not worked for 18 months now. Just before they tore out everything and handed me the bill I thought I would talk to a specialist. I called Dave and described the symptoms over the phone . He carefully considered what I had to say and his advice was to change the condenser. Being a bit "handy" I did this myself . For a very reasonable fee Dave then came round, vacced the system and re-charged it ( I think he also secretly cast his eye across my handy work to check I had not done anything really stupid ! ). He also kindly spared the time to explain a few things. My air con has run fine for a week now. Hopefully it will stay that way until service time ( every couple of years ). I think the main dealerships fail when it comes to air con. You need a specialist and Dave is definitely your man.

I can’t thank Dave enough for replacing the condenser on my C63 AMG. From the moment I got in touch with Dave he was courteous and determined to find a fix which many main dealers were not interested in resolving. Dave took the time to answer every question I had...I had many! He instilled confidence. Dave managed to source a somewhat rare fit condenser for my AMG (no easy feat!) from his contacts and fitted it in a matter of hours. No matter what model of car you have, I would suggest you take it straight to Dave...you will save yourself a lot of time, effort and money. Superb service.

This is the 1st time I've needed a vehicle air con engineer and I've been lucky enough to hit the Bullseye first shot!. I originally considered D.I.Y. option,assuming professional service would be way more expensive. Wrong!!. COOL CAR AIRCON offer 2 levels and both cheaper,PLUS they are mobile. LEE was brilliant!. Explained all the procedures of what and why?. Total efficiency and professionalism. Very thorough. I went for "Full Service" for future peace of mind as cost difference makes it a "No Brainer". Totally transformed A/C performance and money well spent. 100% satisfied and would happily use again and recommend to all.
