n. l.Absolutely Brilliant, Plumber was very quick to diagnose and fix our issue. Came with a lovely personality and I couldn't of received a better customer service!!

W.After several years of very good service from this company (hence the 4 stars), an extremely surly engineer turned up unannounced (no letter booking appointment received-OK it may be the post at fault) & only 9 months after the last service. He said they are servicing every 10 months now instead of annually (why?)(although he set the service timer for 12months) & that he didn’t need to wear a mask. When I requested that he did wear a mask because of my wife’s medical conditions, he displayed a rather petulant attitude, but did eventually comply.
I left him to it & thanked him for agreeing to wear the mask when he’d finished, but after he’d gone, the central heating did not come on in the evening & I discovered he’d deliberately & rather pettily re-set the timer to factory setting (not something you could do accidentally) so that all set timer intervals had been deleted.
A. W.what can i say engineer know after few minutes what is broken he fixed in few more minutes so what opinion can i leave ?

G. H.Excellent service. Receptionist and John were helpful at re-arranging my appointment last minute! Engineer had already called before I got home but came back after 5 o' clock to fix the heating! Nice, polite man who was professional and carried out his work in a clean and tidy way.

I. C.I was greeted on the telephone to a very bubbly, pleasant gentleman. who was so helpful and accommodating as we try to work around my work. Thankyou so much, the timing was perfect. The engineer who arrived was also very professional and polite, introducing him self at the same time showing his id. The problem with the heating was solved and fixed in an hour. I'm sorry others didn't have the same experience as I did and I would just like to say Thankyou.
