Craig, is prob the most professional plumber I have ever used, i gave him a call and he was here next day, to sort out a bath leak and replace bath/sink taps and a new shower riser system. His work is methodical and precise, he leaves no stone unturned and his attention to detail in his work is exceptional, I've never come across a plumber so dedicated to his customers and his work, many thanks Craig for your professionalism, plus the fact you are a decent bloke, many thanks again, John and Fred (Sarah)

I cannot recommend Craig enough professional and knowledgeable he is doing a fantastic job of keeping my old oil boiler going. After the first boiler service I had from him a year ago my boiler ran so much more efficiently, he’s just been out for its second service and I won’t use anyone else.

Craig really helped us out today. We thought our main water tap had gone bust as we had no water in the house. The tap was in bad shape and Craig has replaced this for us. Fitted us in last minute on a Friday which was amazing and detected an issue with our water metre. Advised me to contact Anglian water (as that’s their job to replace the water metre) which I did and all is well now. Really grateful to Craig and will now use him for all our plumbing needs. Thanks again 🙂

A thorough job done with care taken to ensure everything was working before he left and then a very quick return visit to finish the job with an extra part…and all on a Saturday too! Where do I start! Craig is at the top of his game and has been for some time, he has completed a few jobs for me in the past but most recently a complete boiler change which was installed without any fuss, mess was kept to a minimum and he even arranged for the old boiler to be collected and disposed of. Prompt and professional service The work was done to a high standard and left clean and tidy afterwards Craig followed all Covid guidelines without question The boiler service and hot water heat plate were completed in a good time I had originally booked for a system flush as well but Craig showed me the heat from my radiators using a thermal camera and that I had no full/cold areas and that this was not required. Saving me a few hundred pound in the process. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs!
