Recommended by a neighbour and I called them out to fix a boiler issue. Prompt response and came out for an initial look, then managed to fix it by doing a decent (and long overdue!) service for a very reasonable price. So impressed that I booked Dan to fit a new smart thermostat the following week... again impressive service and reasonable price. 100% recommended!

Our Boiler wasn't working, I had called a few other places but they were asking for extortionate prices for "diagnostics" alone, I had called Beeston Heating, I received a swift response and call out time! Once the problem was diagnosed, Dan was very friendly and informative, he explained what the issue was and which part of the boiler needed replacing, this took less than 30 minutes, low and behold Heating and Hot Water was finally back! He also gave useful additional advice for future reference. Extremely satisfied with this service and would recommend!

After experiencing issues with radiators not heating up properly, as well as for a service that was due this month, Dan made time to come round just 2 hours after my call. I rang Dan at Beeston Heating as my boiler had stopped working, and I'm so glad I did. It was Friday afternoon and I'd just got back from holiday. I wasn't expecting the fantastic response I got from him. He had just finished another job and was with me within 10mins. He had the problem diagnosed quickly, went out and got the replacement parts and everything was back up and running within a couple of hours. Beeston heating came recommended from a friend as they have an electric van. Dan came over to check a boiler fault and recommended it would be more economical to replace. Gave me a very good quote which couldn't be beaten. On the job he was brill, talked me through everything. Had a minor issue the next day and he was back out within 20 mins! My boiler developed a serious problem whilst I was away - it filled with water, dangerously covering the electrics and leaking onto a chest freezer and carpet. Beeston Heating turned up the next day to look at the problem and within a couple of days had removed the old boiler safely and installed a brand new (and improved) one along with a filter to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm very pleased with their service, professionalism and pricing and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Our old boiler was on its last legs and going hot and cold, so we got Beeston Heating to take a look. The diagnosis was terminal and it turned out that despite us having a signed certificate from when we moved in a few years ago, the boiler's position was illegal. He managed to get us booked in for the following week for a complete replacement and also replacing a large radiator that had some cold spots. He's a really nice guy and he did a good job.

Wow....after years of expensive and dodgy plumbers we found Dan from Beeston Heating. If you have a Worcester Boiler is the man you need in your phone book. We had so many problems from day one with this boiler,the manufacturer sent experts out to no avail a few times.we spent literally hundreds of pounds on repair after repair, part after part.all worthless. Beeston heating came along sorted all the problems out in a couple of hours making a mockery of previous so called experts. Finally and of great importance to most people.......his prices are excellent...his workmanship without parallel. Thanks Dan.

I first used Dan for a boiler service; nice bloke who turns up on time and gets the job done well & efficiently. He then sorted it my elderly neighbour's boiler for a good price (where another firm had previously ripped him off for an £80 "investigation fee") in a way that any future troubles could be fixed more cheaply and easily. I just had him over to move some gas pipes that were in the way of my new oven, which he did for 25% less than the others quoted, again on time & efficient.

My boiler decided to finally give up just before winter. I contacted Beeston heating as they had done some previous work for my sister. I thought I'd have to wait weeks to get a new boiler fitted if it was unrepairable. But from diagnosis of my issue, to ordering the new Worcester boiler, to being fitted was only 4 days, and that's including a weekend too. I couldn't be happier with the work and feel they really went the extra mile for me. The work took less than a day, they tidied up after themselves and all the old parts were taken away so I didn't have to deal with them. If you have a heating problem i wouldn't hesitate in recommending Beeston heating. Update: I recently had two upgraded radiators fitted by Beeston heating as the ones I had downstairs were underpowered and it took a long time to warm up. The type K2 he recommended and fitted great and my house has never been so cozy. I would recommend Beeston heating to anyone

Had a boiler break down and the first guy came and wrote it off, provided a quote for replacement which he even admitted was very high and recommended using local heroes. Got a guy from local heroes to come do a quote. He was late, but things happen, no biggie. His quote didn't come through that day as promised and in fact took 3 working days plus the weekend in between so 5 days freezing with out even getting the quote. Not impressed In the interim (frustrated) I contacted Beeston Heating, Dan arrived the same day and did a far more thorough look around than either of the previous guys. Quote arrived same day and was the cheapest. Booked in the work with Dan. Dan was punctual, professional, cheaper than his competitors and did great work. In the future I will simply call him first every time!!!
