I've wanted an air conditioning unit in my home for years, and I had contacted several businesses before finding BHW, they were all unsuitable for various reasons. After my initial contact, I felt comfortable that this company was a good choice, and from there onwards everything went smoothly, from the quick response initial visit to the final installation. Dominic, my main contact and installer, was friendly, patient and totally professional and I would 100% recommend him and BHW. My unit works a treat in the summer, and what I didn't realise when I ordered it, was that it's also a heater!!! Great bonus... and I'm doing this review 8 months after installation... it's winter, and the unit is working perfectly!! Thank you BHW :)

Great professional company! I contacted several air conditioning companies to install a small unit in my garden office - none of them even replied! A friend suggested calling BHW for a quote, and that afternoon Dominic came out to look at the space and then sent over a quote within days. He even came out again to address any questions I had prior to going ahead with the install. Install went so smoothly, punctual, tidy and demonstrated everything. Couldn't be happier with my install. Works perfectly and much needed on the warm summer days. Thanks Dominic and everyone at BHW!

I needed to source and install an air-conditioning unit, and spoke to Dominic Hartigan at BHW. His, and BHW's, resourcefulness, flexibility and customer service could not be improved on. They revised the original solution to meet my needs, then installed it to time, plan and cost, despite a number of unforeseen (and in my view unforeseeable) complications. I needed an AC/Heater fitted in to my new garden office. I’d had plenty of issues with “tradesman” on the overhaul of my entire garden and was pretty concerned about finding someone to fit this unit and how everything would go. I openly admit I’m not an easy man to please. However, Dom was a superstar from the off. Turned up to view the job when he said he would, sent the quote through when he said he would, took time out to explain the questions I had on the product even though I had already purchased it, turned up to install when he said he would, cleaned up the very small amount of mess that was made during the install and didn’t damage a thing. 10 out of 10 from me. If you need an AC unit fitted I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than Dom. Plus, he’s a really decent bloke so win win all round
