Engineer was very professional and courteous. A couple of issues with my boiler were identified but he fixed one on the spot and reassured me that the other was a simple non-urgent repair. Would recommend.

I had an excellent experience and very efficient service. The engineer came at the time booked. My problem was not simple but he diagnosed all of the 4 issues quickly. He corrected a number of problems that had been made worse by the previous engineer from a different company who had failed to diagnose any of the issues and had not repaired anything, leaving me without heating or hot water for 10 days. When he left I had a fully functioning heating and hot water system, controlled by a working NEST and a working immersion heater. I was delighted.

After being kept waiting a ridiculous length of time by the usual company, I lost patience and googled alternatives. I liked the fact that OGM's charges were quoted on the website and I could see online what appointments were available. I phoned Oxford gas maintenance as I had some pressure problems with my boiler. This was early evening time. I was expecting to have to wait days for an appointment with excessive costs (having just got off the phone from SSE) but this was not the case. The lovely chap arrived on time, fixed my leak, serviced the boiler and showed me how to keep tabs on things like the pressure. Such a nice, polite and helpful man too.
