After searching the web for a company to diagnose the problem with the AC,ACR 100 came up top of the list in review terms and Costa was available straight away and i brought the car in the same day. After only 10/15 mins Costa had found the problem with my Audi A3 it was the heating matrix which the replaced and fitted not long after. 100% will use ACR 100 again and will encourage everyone to do the same instead of going to the main dealer and getting ripped off. Costa really knows his stuff and service is 5*

Great service from a very knowledgeable guy ! Multiple checks were carried out on my car’s A/C system today involving the removal of various parts to diagnose the fault. I was only charged a tiny amount for the work completed and will definitely return once I have sourced the replacement part needed as the quote for the repair is extremely competitive. I had been trying for weeks to get my car air-con fixed. Had been let down time and time again. Came across this company by a Google search and I’m so glad I did. Had an app for 9am Friday morning the fault was diagnosed within a short period of time. Part ordered took the car back at three and was fixed within a few hours. Such a lovely friendly man, that went above and beyond to help me. I can highly recommend him. If you’re having problems with your air-con or just need it re gassing pay him a visit, you won’t regret it. Thank you my journey home was cool in more ways than one.
