Such a pleasure to deal with this company. Matthew responded every quickly to my initial enquiry and Nino came round the same day to see what we wanted and where. Unit was fitted the following week. The guys were polite and very tidy and vacuumed up after themselves and even put the furniture back in place. Everyone I had contact with were great and cannot fault their customer service. Highly recommend. If you are looking to get air conditioning fitted you will not regret using this company. 100% customer satisfaction from a 5* company.

We are very pleased with 2 internal units installed. Certainly paid for themselves over winter months as they work with hot as well as cool air. Our electricity bill was very reasonable. Workmanship is very good & pleasing to the eye. Outside fans are not intrusive, in fact so hidden our Neighbours were not aware we have Aircon installed. Best purchase x

Premiair fitted a unit for us. From the minute they turned up the men were efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgable. The workmanship was outstanding, neat and tidy in fact one went round with a vacuum cleaner every 5 minutes tidying up! Beforehand they came and checked the space to make sure it all worked with where we wanted it. Can’t recommend this company enough, so much so we are now having another unit fitted in the bedroom!

Truly excellent work by the Premiair team as they worked in tremendous heat to complete our house air conditioning project. Wanted to have an AC installed. Matt was the most prompt to respond to my request for a quote from around 4-5 companies that I had approached. Even had an inspection done on the same day. Found him to be very honest, upfront and transparent as he explained everything about various air-conditioning units/companies and their pros and cos. Decided to go with PremiAir, even though one other company promised to price-match. Installation took place yesterday. Nino and Adam - the engineers were wonderful. Courteous, professional, neat and knowledgeable in their work. All in all a wonderful experience with PremiAir. Would use them again and ... have no reservations in recommending them.
