Falcon heating are truly the best around! David is such a nice guy and is super friendly, always on time, and provides helpful advice without a hard sell. The work David has completed at my property has always been completed to the highest standard - I'd recommend Falcon heating to anyone and wouldn't use anyone else.

I would thoroughly recommend David at Falcon Heating. He has fitted a new boiler, hot water tank and radiators for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. He came when he said he would, charged what he said he would and did a really tidy job. He was a joy to have around.. no radio going all day was an added bonus!

I cannot recommend David highly enough for his immediate assistance to help us be able to connect a Next thermostat to our account after we moved into a property to find the previous owners had not disconnected it from their own Nest account. We called Falcon (we found their number on the Nest website) and David was able to come round that day to reset the thermostat and connect it to our own new Nest account - he was also able to explain to us exactly how a Nest thermostat works and helped us set it up to exactly how we required it . We will definitely be using Falcon Heating again in the future.

I purchased the Nest Thermostat intending to self install; however, the included instructions and various online tutorials left me perplexed...it was clear that I needed to let a professional do what they do best. The job threw up some complications all of which David managed brilliantly. David has just finished a complete refurbishment of our old , inefficient central heating system - new boiler, hot water cylinder and where necessary new radiators and pipework throughout the house. We were expecting to need an unsightly drop system for the ground floor but David conducted a complete review of the existing pipework and its configuration and managed to complete the work without the need for any drops. This was less work and resulted in a lower cost. We were very happy. David is extremely tidy in his work and his pipework is immaculate. He is always willing to discuss and explain what he is doing. As a Landlord I have used Falcon Heating Ltd for various inspections, servicing, cooker replacement, and call outs for some years. Recently they replaced an old back boiler with a new High Efficiency Condensing Model which included several system modifications, new control valves and programmers and a complete system overhaul. The work was carried out promptly, efficiently and to a very high quality and was excellent value for money. David was particulary considerate to minimise the impact of the work on the Tenant at the property who is disabled and sensitive to any disruption. All aspects of the planning, advice, preferred location of equipment, job sequencing and coordination with building works were conducted in a friendly and professional manner, and I would recommend Falcon Heating Ltd for any similar work, and hope to retain their services for the future.

I have used David for 6 years now. The first time i met him he was installing a boiler at my Mum’s house and I remember thinking what a lovely, neat and tidy job he was doing. Since then I have had him back to install a boiler for myself and lots of other bits n pieces that have needed doing ( replacement taps, gas certificates, boiler servicing, nest thermostat, water softener) I have recommended him to friends too and now he tends to be their first port of call as he is very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. I moved into a house and two days later the boiler stopped working. I phoned Falcon Heating and David came out to me the same day and spent a couple of hours fixing the issue, also fixing a problem with the immersion heater that I wasn't previously aware of. Can't recommend highly enough! David came the morning after I found water coming through my ceiling at 10pm recommended by a neighbour who had recently had their boiler fitted by him. I had a fairly ancient solar water system that had never really worked for me which sprung a leak. He knew how to bypass it and give us a fix until he could return to remove the redundant fixings. Excellent value for money (I'd panicked that having a leak in lockdown the call out alone would bankrupt me, but no) efficient quote and invoice system.
