We had a new boiler and hot water tank installed by Vernon, who did a superb job. Everything was fitted to the highest standard, both inside and out. He worked through on both days with barely a break and cleared everything away when he finished. Good, also, to be able to get straight through to Premier Heating with any query. Top job. Well done!

From quote to installation the service was great. The quote was fully explained at the visit a fully detailed online after. Upon installation both guys James and Sam arrived early, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Incredible service . Phoned on Thursday, surveyor here on Friday with a full explanation given as to what is needed and a quote. Boiler fitted on Monday. A slight issue meant that the engineer, Aaron, came back early the next morning to ensure all was well before I went off to a wedding. Would definitely recommend.

Premier Heating installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us. From the original site survey by Zach, to the installation by Callum, Premier were extremely professional and polite at all times. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. As importantly, Callum was very neat and tidy - not easy when the boiler, and everything connected with it, was moved. Highly recommend.

He was training two others as well as doing his own work while at our house and is an excellent role model. One downside is the company uses a template for the quotes and not one size fits all so make sure you read the quote. We had our gas boiler replaced by Premier Heating. Because we replaced a conventional boiler with a combi boiler they also removed the hot water cylinder from our airing cupboard and the water storage tank from our loft. Overall it was a high-quality job. They were super professional all the way through from quote to completion, and very responsive at all times. The guys that did the fitting, led by James, were punctual, friendly, polite and very hard working. They also did a decent job of cleaning up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend Premier Heating for anyone that wants a premier service!

From first call to finished job i can't recommend Premier Heating Solutions enough, James Harley and Kian, worked hard from the minute they arrived to the minute they left, polite professional and productive, i left them with a door key for the duration of the job, and alone in the house while going to a hospital appointment, feeling comfortable in the knowledge they, were trustworthy and respected our house, every and all questions were answered and explained well, we are so happy with all the work and our new heating system, which knocks the socks off our old system its like night and day different. Steve Barnes was very helpful regarding our underfloor heating issue. He was very knowledgeable about the system, isolated the problem very quickly and managed to fix it the same day with a new part. He explained what needed to be done, and was very polite. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

James and Harley did a great job installing a replacement heating system in our home, which was a challenging job. They even put up with our neurotic dogs constantly barking and growling at them. The only negative to the experience was that the builder PHS hired to brick up the old vent did half the job and then left, but James and Harley went above and beyond to make sure that we weren’t left with a hole in the wall, and ended up repairing it themselves. Very happy with their work!

Delighted with the professionalism and high service quality with the engineer from PHS of Pangbourne. Pump failure of my central heating system two weeks before Christmas meant Cold House and Immersion Heater . On arrival the project plan for the repair was outlined, Options appraised and work commenced. Pump replaced, Hive Heating re-connected and happiness ensued. Couldnt fault any aspect.

Our boiler now 28 years and 3 months old decided to start playing up, so took the plunge and arranged for 4 quotes. One was Premier Heating Pangbourne. Zach came out completed an extensive survey and sat down to explain all the details. Within hours we had a fully detailed quote. From all the quotes received we decided to go with Premier. The professionalism shown by not only Zach but Denise in the office made us turn to Premier. 1.5 weeks later after being informed who was coming James the engineer arrived a very nice young man, did everything to explain what was going to happen and cracked on with work. We are very pleased with professionalism it was all carried out cleaned up after themselves waste taken away. Would highly recommend and a 12 year guarantee. Brilliant

Used Boiler Guide for quotations and they recommended with others Premier Heating Solutions for our area. They where not the cheapest of the 5 quotes we had, around the middle ground, but checking on their reviews, our decision was made easier. What a great choice. Our requirement was an upgraded boiler and smart control system and with Zach's eventual recommendations we had the perfect installation very efficiently carried out by Bill W who completed 90% of the work being backed up by James P on the second afternoon. All 3 very pleasant personnel with special thanks to Bill for his professional skills in whats turned out to be a very neat job and all working to expectations worthy of a 5 star rating. Well done to all including the office ladies who kept us informed on every stage of a timely installation.

James arrived on time to install a new boiler. He proved to be a most pleasant young man, extremely hard working and very knowledgeable. On the first day he and his apprentice worked from 0830 until 1730 with a very short break for lunch. When he left the new boiler was working and my wife and I were very pleased to be in a warm house for the night. The next day he arrived on his own this time at 0830. To put the finishing touches to the installation. Lagging for the pipes, checking all the radiators were working which took several hours to sort out. A fantastic job from a great company. We feel we were very lucky to have chosen Premier Heating Solutions to replace our old, large 3 phase night store heater, with something more up to date, and cheaper to run. Their consultant engineer Phil, discussed various possibilities with us and we decided on LPG. They were competitively priced and the engineers they sent were excellent arriving on time, and not leaving each day till everything was clean and tidy consulting with us every step of the way and offering considerable advice. They offer a 12 year guarantee and 24/7 cover. We are delighted with the result, it is easy to control and we haven’t felt so warm for ages. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We had a gas fired warm air heating system which was only heating half of the rooms in the house. The house had no pipework in place and we have concrete floors in the downstairs area. It was a difficult job, to fit a combi boiler and radiators for a new central heating system in a completely furnished house. But the engineers were up to the task and worked incredibly hard. They were very accomodating, even when I made the wrong decision on the location of one of the radiators, and I asked them to move it slightly (to minimise the amount of visible pipework). Great online sytem for accepting quotes and booking appointments with the click of a button. Everything was great from quote to completion.

Very professional business that installed our new boiler. the installation team were great and when there was a small problem with minor damage to some roof tiles because the scaffolding had damaged them they quickly organised repairs. May not be the cheapest but the level service and aftercare has been excellent and well worth paying for.
