Turns out in part ownship I need an annual gas safety check alongside a boiler service.
The team at bespoke were happy to accommodate and conduct this whilst they were doing my boiler annual service.
Even though I only figured out I needed this whilst they were at the property already!
Props to Ryan and Kate who were great all throughout. Will be coming you guys from now on instead of wasting a month trying to sort anything with British Gas!

N. C.Anthony and the team at Bespoke were superb in the installation of our new gas boiler. Everything was as they promised. They kept us informed at every stage of the process and their explanation of budget and scope of works was clear and accurate. On site the guys were all polite, respectful of our property and a pleasure to have around. It was a pleasure to see their attention to detail. One word of warning...please make sure you have plenty of coffee in the cupboard as they seem to run on the stuff!!

S. L.Bespoke replaced our old boiler with a Worcester Bosch greenstar 8000 30kw life combi.
We spoke to Anthony about putting a combi boiler into the loft giving us back a kitchen cupboard and doing away with the need for water tanks in the loft and removing the immersion heater from our hallway cupboard.
Anthony and Bailey completed the job in two days, arrived on time, very tidy, explained everything well and answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. Very pleased with the boiler and very pleased with the service.
