We received a thorough check and quote before accepting the job, a date (which we have found that a lot of other tradesmen/women find difficult to stick to!), a courtesy call the day before arrival to discuss timings and on the day, a quick, tidy and overall brilliant job! EcoGas even had chance to fit a new radiator for us at the end of the day! Nothing was too much trouble.
