Z. M.Arthur came at very short notice despite having his own logistical challenges. I have used him a couple of times now and he is professional, honest and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and rectified it and his rates are very reasonable. My go-to person for all things plumbing and heating related.
U. B.Arthur and his team are superstars, plain and simple. After dealing with 4 other, so called "professionals" I was starting to get frustrated that no one wanted any business. But Arthur was a true professional. He came and took a look at the shower taps that had stopped working and advised me on what to get. Even when I bought the wrong things like an idiot, Arthur went in to boss mode and found a solution to a problem I caused and before I knew it the shower was working perfectly again. While he was at my house he even fitted new kitchen taps that I had been meaning to fit. Again, without any fuss he went ahead and installed them. I'm truly grateful for the epic service Arthur and his team have given me so much so that if/when the need arises, I'll be on the phone to Arthur.

R. H.Called Arthurs Plumbing today on a bank holiday to resolve and fix a leak my son had from his toilet cistern. Arther arrived very quickly and promptly and got to work straight away to stop the leak finding the problem and fixing it. Also received some great advice for future problems. Would highly recommend to anyone who's in need for a plumber. Thank you Arther.
F. P.Initially Arthur helped us over the phone with a burst pipe emergency. He repaired the pipework the following day. Very neat and tidy job. He was professional but friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
k. o.Friendly enough, and extremely timely. Assumptions on his end and Miscommunication my end on job request however ended in 6 hours of work that shouldnt have taken that long .
Two other independent plumber quotes stated £180 plus vat for all rads ( inc moving one ) however we ended up with a bill for £490.
Left a very bitter taste in my mouth and would not use again

We had a leak from a pipe above the kitchen ceiling and a section of it had to be removed and replaced. It was caused by a faulty pressure gadget on the hot water tank which was ordered and fitted the following day. We would recommend Arthur unreservedly and indeed, have already booked him for our annual boiler and hot water system maintenance. If I could give 6 stars, I would have.
