James completed some private work on our boiler for us after receiving terrible service from our building insurance provider. James was quick to diagnose the issue and presented us with our options, including contacting the manufacturer who may be able to do the work for slightly cheaper (good ethics!). After being messed around by insurers, having seen 5 different engineers over 2 weeks, ultimately we decided to use James who resolved our problems within 36 hours of first viewing the boiler (needed to obtain parts) for a very reasonable cost.
