World class service!! Our experience of Viessmann went beyond any level of customer service that we have ever experienced. We received the most personalised, efficient, communicative and lightning-fast service imaginable. Bearing in mind that at the time that we contacted them, everyone else we spoke to had quoted us 2-3 weeks (more from British Gas) for an emergency call out. Our welfare was clearly an absolute priority for them and they went out of their way to look after us. Nothing was too much trouble. On top of that, we were able to benefit further from the amazing engineer's vast knowledge, years of experience and advice. He repaired in hours what we had seen British Gas engineers take days to 'almost' repair. Due to the age and size of our home, maintaining a consistent heating experience was very hit-and-miss using a thermostat. The engineer recognised this and saw that we were using the system inefficiently. Taking his advice has led to us having a consistent heating experience for the first time ever, a considerably more comfortable home, and the unexpected icing on the cake was seeing reduced heating costs ever since! Amazing service, truly.

I've a V 50 and had it for 4 years, just had first fault with it but fortunately it's got a 10 year warranty 🥰. Called Viessman who booked an engineer next workung day who turned up bang on time and resolved the problem right away. Couldn't ask for better service. Just make sure you service every year which is only about 50 quid, far cheaper than boiler cover and your warranty covers parts and labour for 10 years.

Really good Boiler. After sales service is exemplary. I had a problem within the 5 year warranty, no hot water. I called on Friday morning, really efficient and friendly Customer Service, who arranged call out for Monday , mulch speedier than I expected and with no fuss. Engineer sent me a text to give 2 hour window of arrival and was so helpful about updating me on his ETA. He was friendly, professional, efficient and had all parts on Van. Hot water restored within half an hour of arrival and I cannot fault any part of this immaculate Customer service experience. Definitely 5 star.

Viessmann make outstanding boilers. We have fitted hundreds of them and use them in our own homes, and time and again find them to be superior to any others for use in small and large domestic installations. We have no hesitation in recommending them to all our clients

As an approved partner for the past 6 years or so I have been very impressed with the quality of the product, I now fit nothing else, and on the rare occasion I've needed technical/warranty back up the response has been very quick. Highly recommended by an engineer with a choice.

As an installer I have found Viessmann products to be extremely reliable. A note on Timothy Bamfords pictures. In my experience hose failure like this is due to flushing chemicals being left in the system, all traces of these chemicals should have been removed when the system was flushed. Production of the model pictured was discontinued in 2008, which would mean it was 2 years old when it was fitted in 2010.....?

We as a company has been installing Viessmann boilers for around about 8 years now. Viessmann is a brand I trust. In fact this is the brand I have installed and my own house and also my parents.

I can't rate Viessmann enough. Soild boilers i personally think they are better than Worcester and Vaillant. My main line of work is boiler repairs and i seem to repair whey more Vaillants and Worcesters than Viessmann. AND they are cheaper.

best boiler on the market! as an accredited installer for vaillant, worcester bosch and viessmann, I can honestly say viessmann beats the competition hands down every time!
