Absolutely superb service. Right from the first moment Phil came to our property, Aquila Heating & Plumbing were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, which gave them credibility and ourselves confidence in their work. We had a full boiler replaced and can 110% recommend them. The engineers was first class and after they installed went through how everything worked and tidied up and left. They are very respectful of your house and you can see they take pride in what they do. Thanks again for everything and see you when our service is due

Fantastic service from start to finish. Right from point of quoting, to the installation, every staff member displayed great knowledge and professionalism. We've had a boiler moved from our kitchen to the upstairs airing cupboard, and two radiators installed. Aquila heating & plumbing did an excellent job of removing an old floor mounted boiler and installed a new combi system in my dads bungalow a few years ago. Since then, they've provided an excellent yearly service through their internal warranty scheme and most recently installed new slimline rads in every room. Have used them for many years now and can't fault their professionalism, customer service or punctuality.

From the initial contact, advice on options, survey, quote, updates, communications and the installation itself - everything was 5*. I recently had a self inflicted DIY plumbing emergency. I googled plumbers in Warrington and Aquila caught my attention, they are very local to me and are Which and Checkatrade recommended. From the get go I knew I had made the right choice. My call was answered quickly by the lovely Joanne and even before I'd put the phone down an email had been sent through to confirm my appointment for later that afternoon. Price was outlined and very very reasonable. My rescuer was the delightful Matt, he is polite, professional, patient and very personable . He did an excellent job and I will have no hesitation in using Aquila again. In fact I have some projects requiring a gas fitter and will be contacting Aquila for that in the future. I have no hesitation in recommending the Aquila team. Well done and many thanks.

When we bought our house back in November last year the existing boiler was leaking and didn’t work properly. After we have had two plumbers in our house who only had a brief look on the old one and where happy to quote for a new boiler, we rang Aquila and they sent Phil around. He discovered that a seal was broken and the exhaust gases were burned again by the boiler which in fact is a life threating danger. As a safety measure Phil shut down the main gas supply and came back with a replacement seal on the next day. It speaks for itself that Phil has sourced the cause of our problem rather than just ignoring it and just replacing the whole boiler! Eventually we had our boiler replaced by Aquila a few months later towards the summer and the service, commercially as well as mechanically, was nothing short of exceptional. On top of the boiler replacement we had a new gas hob fitted and an additional radiator installed in our conservatory – all done in one day. That took from precisely 9 am to 5 pm. Absolute spot on! There is always someone to speak to when you ring, they always try to fit the appointment around your daily schedules and the engineers are very well trained and really friendly. We will have the service carried out for our new boiler from no one else than Aquila Heating!

The level of customer service is market leading providing me options how to solve issues and how best to keep costs to a minimum.
