GU Gas services to the rescue! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Yesterday we had an issue with our boiler which stopped working. The guys came to us within 90 mins and were able to help diagnose the fault immediately and order new parts to come and fit them on for the following day. It’s the best service we’ve had when dealing with any of the gas engineering companies. Fast, efficient, value for money with no premiums charged and a first class service provided.

We had been experiencing issues with our hot water cutting out when the heating kicked in - Ibby and Adz diagnosed a fault which was unsafe and dangerous. They explained that we could have a part replaced but we decided to have a new boiler installed due to the age of the boiler. We were provided with a quote for both a repair and a new installation, but opted for a new boiler which was fitted three days later without a glitch. A team of genuinely nice tradespeople who are clear with their diagnosis, costs as well as being conscientious in trade. A true credit to their profession!
