S. A.Brilliant app and customer service
We have been looking for an app/service to book appointments for my son's plumbing business. We found this one and tried out the very generous two months trial. When we started using it, we were kinda hooked as it is very intuitive.
There were a few glitches between the web version and the app, but nothing that couldn't be fixed.
The other great thing is the buyers club where you can get discounts and cashback from some of the biggest plumbing suppliers. We haven't utilised this fully yet, but we will be.
Also love, love, love the fact that you can do a gas safety certificate.
There's also a ton more you can do using the app like Quotes, create a service reminder, commercial gas certificate, Boiler repair records, invoices, and a lot more.
I have spoken to their customer service team several times too and the customer support is brilliant.
Honestly, for the price compared with other apps this is hands down the best tool to have in your business toolbox.
We use the pro version and very happy to pay the extra for the extra features.
