Best customer service ever, I dropped my milkshakes when I got them home. Called and reordered and wasn't charged when I picked up. The milkshakes are so good, I would happily have paid double but that gesture made my night. Tha k you

Tried Candy Cream for the first time tonight. We had a waffle, crepe and 2 x cookie dough of various flavours. They were all delicious 😋. The place was very clean and staff were excellent. Had a wee issue with one but the manager was soo nice and had a new one delivered to us inside of 10 minutes. Can't recommend highly enough. Would give it more stars if it would let me.

Bought from here a few times and it's been great, a wee issue with tonight's order but these things happens of course especially towards the end of the night. 🤣 The young lady on the phone was nice and the sorted the order very quickly and it was brilliant. If you have any issues they do sort it for you 😁

Walked in for the first time tonight. Quick and friendly service. Only slight issue was that they misheard one of the sizes of tubs. Staff quickly sorted it and didn't even ask for the difference in cash. Definitely will be back. 30+ more flavours to try !!

First time going to the shop tonight, good selection, very clean and the staff go above and beyond by making conversation with customers, answering all questions and even letting us taste the ice cream before purchasing, they also took time to interact with the kids. Waffle,ice cream and milkshake tasted amazing!! definitely a 5+, highly recommended 🙂

Just ordered a waffle from here for the first time and it was delicious!! The waffle was light and a fluffy and strawberries were fresh! Will definitely not be the last. Highly recommend and you will not be disappointed 👍
