S. B.The dessert was tasty and they did tailor it to my request. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
The reason I cannot give it a full 5 is because the dessert wasn’t up to my standards. I expected more brownies in a brownie sundae. The toilet was covered in urine and for opening time it should have been cleaned. A visual check hadn’t been done.
Personally I wouldn’t return and it isn’t value for money.

K.Ok my Daughter and son ordered from Dolce desserts,when the first order arrived my sons waffles and oreo ice were fine but my daughters crepe and ice cream didn't look right crepe not cooked and also the wrong ice cream, I called the store and spoke to Noory who if I have missed spelt her name I apologise sorted everything out with no fuss l just want to say Noory deserves a lot of praise for the way she handled the situation and once again I would like to say thank you for your customer service it was much appreciated 👍

m.A few days ago, I went to Dolce with some friends. We were struggling on choosing a place, but ultimately settled on Dolce, thinking it was going to be just another shop. It was far from it, being one of the best dessert shops I have ever been to. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the shop, with its beautiful artwork and design. It is very rare to find staff as nice, and as dedicated to customer service, and the staff at Dolce; they were extremely warm and friendly. And most importantly, the dessert did not disappoint, being some of the best I have had anywhere. The cookie dough was fresh and just incredible. I will most definitely be visiting Dolce again, and cannot wait to do so.
