Had lovely experience at Heavenly Desserts (Handsworth). The decor inside was beautiful , the staff was very attentive. I ordered Tiramisu which was absolutely lush and vegan waffle. I would definitely go again. Highly recommend !

Went with family, it's a nice place to dine in. It was quite busy with delivery orders and take away orders, so you'll be waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes after they have taken your order. The food is nice, Royal waffle was nice and the cookie dough. The ice cream scoops for kids is very small, you can get more servings elsewhere. Staff don't really pay attention to your order, they take on their ipad and you have remind them half your order is missing...

Clean and sparkly! Lovely to look at this place from indoors, and my favourite place to eat coconut ice cream! Yum. Handy to have car park in front. It’s so new and fancy - you almost feel like you’ve gone for a five star five course meal out. 😁 Staff very nice.

Heavenly Desserts Soho road just got the updated menus and the desserts have been changed around as well. Very nice tasting and good to see a change for once. Milk cake was lovely and so was the Lychee martini.

The croffle was perfect, a new idea that tasted so good but the service was shockingly bad, the waitresses are rude, very slow and if you ask for anything, they roll their eyes and act like you have asked them to do something other than their job. 3 drinks were given wrong and after asking for the correct drink the waitress sighed and rolled her eyes. Service completely ruined the vibe and enjoyment that the food gave. We visited the ladypool road branch so many times and were given amazing experiences everytime so hopefully this move to Soho road is just a one off otherwise it's a huge shame.

My go to place for a dessert. The biscoff milk cake just hits the spot and always satisfies my craving for something sweet. Staff at this branch are always courteous whether that’s taking a phone order or in person. Same can’t be said for all branches. Keep up the good work.

Visited on the other day. Had a take away not sit in but nice decorated and new place. Place and ambiance are great. Just they needed to work a bit on their waffle to make it a bit crunchy. Their ice creams are amazing.

I had always been meaning to pay a visit to the new branch on soho road. And i must say it was worth the visit! Great service & very friendly staff constantly ensuring every thing was upto standard while taking into consideration customer needs. Desserts definitely tasted better than they looked, everything was well presented as well as the interior design itself looking very prestigious & luxurious. I felt a sense of peace within & positive vibes. Keep it up! Hats off to the manager for keeping up with the spectacular furnishings. No doubt, i shall visit again and recommend to all.

Honestly speaking the desserts were okay not the best from my experience. Ordered the royal Waffle and the waffle wasnt like soft and fluffy but rather abit crunchy. It was also dry and a tad bit overcooked. It had a bit of a burnt taste. However because it was quite dry we asked to get some more chocolate as there wasn't very much on there in the first place. The worker was fine in doing that without charging us which was good and the extra chocolate made it much better. So in the end it was nice. Also got pancakes with ferrero rochers and Nutella. That was really nice the pancakes were really fluffy and soft and it was very nice. Service is very good though. Nice and friendly staff

I came in here with my family over the weekend and i have to say the food was exquisite. I ordered the crepe which was rich in taste, drizzled with some rich warm choclate, fresh succulent strawberries, topped off with some flake. The service was also amazing as i have a nut alergy, the staff were very caring and understanding of my requirements. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, the food was also served in a timely manner. The rest room and baby changing room are also very clean and tidy. The menu offers a wide range of desserts which I will deffinalty be trying in the future. This is a great family enviroment and will definatly be coming again.

A new addition to the Birmingham dessert scene and you can tell a lot of time and money has been invested in this welcome addition to Handsworth and Soho Road in particular Great vibes, atmosphere, friendly staff and importantly the dessert quality is on point. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind even after a heavy meal elsewhere then this is your go to High quality interior and classy interior looks great for the "Gram" but importantly its followed up with good quality desserts and a large selection of drinks (of which I need to get through) Parking is available outside and if you are there for longer than an hour make sure you provide a member of the team with your vehicle registration. I will be back again... And again.

Really surprised me on my first ever visit. Very nice staff all in uniform and clean place to be. Feels like being in an upmarket hotel. My waffle was light and fluffy and the ice cream was delicious along with strawberries and chocolate sauce.

desserts are wonderful and interior is beautiful. but, staff need better training. it took us 20 minutes to get the bill when the store was empty which is shocking. been a few times, ordered fondue and we didn’t get any forks for the brownies and cheesecakes and we also didn’t get separate plates each - which made it harder to eat.

Went to Heavenly Desserts and the service was impeccable. Soon as I went into the dessert lounge staff were so lovely and got us seated straight away. The deco in the place is amazing defo picture worthy. We were recommended a few desserts, which were divine. I ordered a white choc and raspberry cookie dough which was the right amount of sweetness and hit the sweet spot. Will be going again!!

First time visiting this branch and I must say it's much nicer inside than the branch in Ladypool road. I went in around lunch time, and the staff was really nice and friendly. They are constantly cleaning making sure the premises is kept clean and tidy. The ''royale'' waffles are huge and we had to take this home. The cookie dough was okay in terms of taste but I would probably recommend the waffles as they tasted nicer. The manager was really cool, he asked if we had drove in and if so then we should log our car in the book so we get free parking for the entire day. We'll be coming back here on our next visit. The desserts tasted good but the waffle was cold. The staff were basically undertrained children who barely knew what they were doing. I asked the waiter to clean our table. He asked where it was dirty from, sprayed and only wiped that particular spot with a cloth and walked away! The place has the potential to be a fabulous spot but work needs to be done on the customer service. It’s all in the details!

My expectations were quite average before I was indulged into this sensational service from the customer service of the employees, down to the appearance and cleanliness of the sit in area. I was truly marvelled by this especially the helpful and kind employee named Shashouna if I remember so correctly that made me feel more than welcome almost like I was a family friend or close relative, my whole experience devoured my expectations COMPLETELY just as I devoured the delicious warm waffle with Nutella and a side of my absolutely mouth watering mango & passionfruit smoothie once again just remembering this experience makes me instantly want to visit this establishment again (Which I shall be doing in a heartbeat) I would more than recommend going to this great dessert place with the name heavenly doing it more than justice, I have never been so well serviced in so long and a BIG shout out to the lovely employee Shashouna for excelling in her service I regret not leaving a tip for such a great helpful young lady as well as all the other employees I saw, I am genuinely impressed. It’s a 10/10 for me.

I have visited other branches, but visited her first time the other day and I am very impressed with how beautiful this restaurant is. The decor is soo classy and the place itself is very clean. For desserts we went for the lotus milkcake and couple of milkshakes. They were out within 10mins of ordering and the owner stayed on top of everything. He was very welcoming, definitely great customer service! Will be returning soon!

It was a wonderful way to start my Saturday. The service was amazing, was served by Haroon and Naveed. Decided to try the lotus biscoff croffle and it was one of the best desserts I've ever tried. Came to this place today and it is absolutely beautiful, the decor is exceptional and I really love how welcoming the place feels. I was served by this young lad by the name of Aadam. He was lovely and offered me many recommendations of what dessert I should order as it was my first time there. He suggested a crepe in which I ordered and it did not disappoint, it was really nice. First time ordering take-out dessert from Heavenly Desserts - Handsworth. I ordered 'l'll have what he's having' which should have included a scoop of Coconut gelato. I also ordered three scoops of gelato (Belgian chocolate, Mango sorbet and Raspberry sorbet) seperately. The coconut scoop did not arrive.😯 Contacted the company to inform them of the missing item. Response from recipient was to gaslight me by stating the team have stated that the Coconut gelato was included. I said that I would not have called if this was the case! 🙄 Informed to contact the driver(number unable to connect) or Deliveroo for a refund! Order different from in-store orders. Not sure this was worth the cost of £14. Packaging was nice.
