Good atmosphere, extensive menu, catered to vegan very well, food was very nice. Shame we didn't get our drinks until quite a long time after we received our food as apparently it had been mistaken for another table. One member of staff quite blunt and rude when we asked where our drinks were, other staff very friendly. Quite noisy, but this was down to lots of children playing in the play area. Would recommend.

5 stars purely for the food and for the amazing girls who work here, one in particular who took amazing note of my allergy and did her absolought best to ensure minimal cross contamination, I did say thankyou to her so she knows how amazing she did, food was incredible, manager/owner however was not good, you could see the entire shift in mood as soon as he entered the premises, the girls were working so so well together before he appeared and was rude to them and told the girl not to make my order as he couldn't deal with any allergies, he wouldnt talk to me but made the girl do so, bad position to be put in and I felt genuinely bad for her as she was doing amazing at her job before he came in and ruined the mood! I did get her name and ensured her colleuges gave her my thanks.

Good coffee, comfortable. They have several versions of an iced coffee, I sugest you try them all before winter the are relly good and when the warm weather returns you will know where to get your hit. reasonalaby priced too. Only downside is not Creams but a nearby congregation of druggies and alchos. If I had abusiness nearby I would refuse to pay any council tax till it was sorted.

One staff member was really friendly, the rest were pretty rude. All tables were filled with clutter and dirty dishes. Which wasn't a problem as they were kind of busy. We found 1 table that had recently been "cleaned" in the back. I will wiped it myself just case.. well the wipe came up black and dirty! They left out parts of mine and my partners meals, and it was just very pricey. Much prefer sprinkles on the rare occasion we go out somewhere like this.

Amazing crepes but next time i will buy from tesco strawberry fresh for you guys , don’t try every time to find apologize. When i was one week ago with my friends the romanian guy from there was very nice and he know how to treat the customers offering respect and a great, fresh food . Thank you! I hope to find you there all the time when i will come to eat . And for another staff be more nice with the customers please. We don’t come there to eat for free. ;)

Normaly I prefer creams to sprinkles, but when I visited the other day I ordered a shake and a Sunday shake was lovely as usual. Although the Sunday was a bit disappointing they didn't inform us they had no mango and no Mr wippy ice cream left so all I got was 3 scoops. When I asked they offered some different fruits but I asked for some cream. Also the glass dish had been chipped a few times.

Really lovely place. Nice customer service and food was great. Only problem was the size of the children's waffle was just as big as an adults. My 2 year old could only eat half but she loved the ice cream and really enjoyed herself.

I loved it! Beautiful place! Delicious ice cream! (GELATO). Divine! A place with wonderful decor, lilac, black and lilac tables and chairs (German corner style), black columns with glitter. In addition to 4 huge TVs that make a TOP screen and play movies. In this ice cream shop you can find waffles, gelatos, cakes, etc. We had a chocolate sunday and another with salted caramel, they were wonderful! Salted caramel is a typical English ice cream. At first I thought it was quite strange, but now I really like it. I recommend this ice cream shop with my eyes closed.

Portion sizes are very good value and tastes lovely. Biggest issue is the lack of vegan products. 1 vegan option on the menu and more often then not they lack this product often as they have ‘ran out’. Would recommend unless you are coming with or are yourself a vegan.

A huge selection of ice cream, so you can find something for you. All I've tried has been tasty and filling. With any ice cream bar you've got to deal with the reality that a lot of kids will be there but you can avoid them by going fairly late around 10pm.

I really wish this store would check their orders before they leave the kitchen. 3 times in a row I've ended up with the wrong topping on my waffle which ruins the waffle but complain and you only get back the price of the topping! The waffles are wonderfully fluffy but with the right topping they would be 5*
