W. A.I had a great time in here the other day. Lovely staff are very attentive and know the products and there's always a good range of chocolate goods, from truffles to chocolate fruits to gift boxes to booze. This branch even has a cafe so you can enjoy a hot chocolate in the window. Fab!

The reason for knocking off 2 stars, was I hate it if I go somewhere that sell drinks that you can sit in to drink but don't have a toilet available for customers!
I can't say I was really blown away with my coffee and I did try my sons Milkshake thing again not anything special and for the price it was I felt disappointed.
I wouldn't be returning just for the fact is was nothing special and cost too much for a drink that was just like a fast food chains drink!
J. L.If you are a hot chocolate (or just chocolate) fan. Definitely give this spot a try as they do a range of flavours of hot chocolate and they now even have iced versions. The one I had was salted caramel and it was still rich in chocolate, very delicious. Also service was very friendly as well!

A British brand with ethical values, but most important is the amazing range of chocolates!! Their Velvetiser hot chocolate machine is also a must for hot chocolate lovers.
Great customer service too, makes 5 stars very easy to reward!
