Covent Garden branch……It’s nice but there was a problem with a sell by date on their salted caramel hot chocolate pouches. Had to bring it back and the staff were very good. It was concerning that all the pouches had very short expiry dates and were on display without a warning. It’s not very covid friendly due to the narrow layout so may stick to online purchases or another store

What amazing customer services from the manager of this store in Bristol. Had a panic buy online at 6pm last night for collection in store today. Different person ordering, collecting and paying and the manager was so friendly and helpful to ensure that the chocolates will be ready to collect today. Thank you so much :)

Great selection of chocolats and a lot to choose from. Love the way they have designed the packaging it's simple but at the same time it makes the products stand out. I definitely recommend everyone that hasn't tried before to go and buy something I'm sure you won't regret it.

Nice chocolate; well really nice chocolate! Definitely an ideal places for any chocolate lover. I could easily eat all the chocolate in the store. Or at least by a stores worth anyway. You can sometimes have a free sample if you are lucky enough. Friendly staff.

If you are a chocolate lover, this is a must visit place for you. This is one of the clusters of shops in the Cabot Circus. An abundance of chocolates and flavours and a lot more to choose from. The packaging is special and tricky projecting the products and elegant at the same time. The staff is always attentive and is friendly, the premises are clean and all other outlets are adjacent to or the opposite. Plenty of eateries and shops are around and you can shop until you drop. The Cabot parking leads straight to the mall is an added advantage. Definitely worth paying a visit and give it a try even if you are not a chocolate lover and I'm sure you will not be regretting it.

Probably the best place in Bristol to visit for the committed chocoholic. The company regularly produces new flavour combinations based on top quality chocolate. There's a good range of gift items at all prices. I've always found the staff knowledgeable when I'm looking for something special. Worth dropping in for a chocolate hit from the sample trays that are often available...

A good range of chocolates, but not all great quality - some of the chocolates are excellent while some are pretty poor, sugary and no better than a high street chain. However, you can get great gifts from here if you take your time. The staff were good.

A tried and tested spot for gift shopping! This branch of Hotel Chocolat sells the whole range of goods - bars, boxes, gift bags and more - and a top tip is to go when the seasonal ranges have come to an end, as last time I did so I bought a summer box for half the retail price ;)

If you like chocolate, you shouldn't need me to tell you about Hotel Chocolat (or their Tasting Club). If you don't know about HC (where have you been!?) then this store - now moved more compact premises on the ground floor of Cabot Circus - is a dangerous place for you. It's pretty much impossible to go in without emerging with something delicious: I'm a sucker for their blueberry and white chocolate bombes. Add to that helpful staff and very reasonable prices, and this is somewhere we'll always "just happen to drop in" to.

The location of Hotel Chocolat in Cabot Circus has changed (since late-2013, it's on the lower floor near the main entrance to House of Fraser), but the staff are still friendly and knowledgable, the chocolate is still superb and the shop is smaller and neater. Prices are on the high side, simply because the quality of the chocolate is high.
