Excellent waffles! They are so fluffy and not too sweet but sweet enough to enjoy it. My favourite is "An offer she can't refuse". If you like milk chocolate with strawberries, I definitely recommend this to you. It is a small but nice place. Our waiter, Mohammed, was really nice, funny and helpful. He recommended "Best of both", which was also very tasty, so thank you for your recommendation! If you find some place where you can have an excellent waffle over a cup of tea with your friends, I definitely recommend this place!

Haven't been to Dolci in a couple of years! The range of desserts was fantastic, and for a good price. The environment was lovely aswell, well played music in the background and decor was lovely. One of the dessert was brought without the required ingredients. The waitress was least bothered to rectify. Still charged full. If the manager is reading this he/she should be there all the time. Avoid this place on weekends as the manager is no where to be seen

Food was really good, we got served some food samples since it was the store's birthday and they were really good as well. A shame the service was so bad, we ordered ice cream with the waffle and it didn't come with it, after we asked the waitress it still took 5-10 min for a small cup with ice cream to come to our table while we had the waffle waiting. A banana split that we ordered also arrived to table very melted. If it wasn't for the bad service, it would be an easy 5 stars since the food was so good.

Amazing waffles with a good variety toppings. This place is probably the best American waffle place in the area. The waffles were prepared pretty quickly despite the upper floor being quite busy, which is great. However, the organisation of the staff could be improved. I was waiting downstairs for a few minutes despite free tables (without reservation) upstairs. Further, the staff use one cloth to wipe any sugar/chocolate on the edges of the plates before they being them to customers. That’s great but this cloth is next to a till and credit card device, so I’d rather not know the number of bacteria living on this cloth that’s used to “clean” the plates. Other than that, a very nice place with friendly staff :)

Food was great, but staff were strangely overbearing and pushy. Persistently asked for a review before we had even eaten. Seemed to be some sort of competition between the waiters serving our table driven by a discount thing. Whatever it was, it made the experience slightly tense. Otherwise I'd be happy to go again!

Before we were served the actual food, the first thing which struck me was the decor of the shop and the warm and welcoming staff. Having been to many desserts places, I am yet to visit one with such a pleasant interior design and one where the staff genuinely seemed concerned about my meal and experience, beyond the usual courtesy. I felt that the menu was vast enough to cater for your sweet tooth, but not too broad to the point where you feel lost. The presentation of the menu was excellent; the various choices accompanied with photos, enabling us to easily visualise the food. The food itself was very prompt, and whilst we were eating, various staff regularly checked that it was to our tastes and asked if we required anything else. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of service and the food itself. All of our chosen options were full of flavour, the presentation was very professional and we all felt that the food tasted every bit as good as it looked. I will certainly be recommending Dolci to other people and I look forward to returning myself in the future.

Last week I went to Dolci dessert with my family. I ordered a strawberry waffle with an oreo milkshake. It was an fantastic experience and a excellent customer service from Nisar. The timing of the food came on time. My family also loved the food. I would really come here again and i would recommend this to a lot of people to go and have the Dolci experience.

Outstanding service and amazing food. l was treated like a king as soon as l walked in. The staff had big smiles stretching from ear to ear and the till man smartly dressed and he addressed me in honourable terms. I had a waffle with strawberries, ice cream and chocolate. I couldn't believe how each item on the plate complemented the other in both appearance as we are a nation that eats with our eyes. Each bite was a new experience from having a crunchy waffle with soft molten chocolate to firm chocolate and soft waffle which changed as time went by. It wasn't just the taste....the whole atmosphere. Clean tables clean cutlery clean seats ambient lighting. Can't recommend this place highly enough... my advice to all is come and experience it for yourself I'm sure your opinion will echo mine.

Overhyped to be honest. Customer service is good, pleasant staff. Some of the staff are actually attractive (Talking about the females). Again the desserts are no different to what you would get at any other place. Hot drinks are also served. Parking is a problem though.

The positive: my sundae tasted nice and the place had a cozy ambience. The reason for deducting a star: ordered the 'tie the cherry stem' and ended up with more raspberries and no cherries in the sundae and I hate raspberries!!! When I enquired about this I was told that it is the picture in the menu I had to look at and deduce what's in the sundae (the image incidentally had one cherry and half a raspberry and the sundae lots of raspberries and no cherries - apparently it had cherry flavoured syrup). I would rather have it listed as an ingredient than relying on my knowledge of berries and failing eye sight. The description it had was "strawberry, vanilla, sexy". There is nothing sexy about blueberries and sour raspberries and mangoes! If you are like me and don't like solving puzzles before enjoying a cold treat please ask what their fancy named desserts have in them. Hey it tasted great though, except for the raspberries.
