surprisiny good and not too sweet! not quite like in Italy but definitely worth coming back again and again! Had peaches & cream, raspberry cheesecake, chocolate pretzel plus toppings of flake & fudge (fudge was rock hard, don't get this in winter) and 3 different flavors the 2nd time. We were almost shivering but loving every bite 😘 probably better value for money to just get large with 3 flavors and share. Flavors on offer change. Long queues on weekends when we passed by

It's a great idea although it's not gelato it's ice cream! And apart from the nice colors the taste isn't quite there! I give it 3 stars because my husband - that has one taste bud only- actually likes it!

Amazing gelato! I got the cherry cheesecake and raffaello flavours in a cone with melted chocolate. In hind sight, could have done without the chocolate! The cherry cheesecake was amazing, the raffaello wasn't as nice, but still tasted good. Only disappointment is that they don't offer tasting sample before you buy. Everyone was impressed with their flavour selections. Def worth a visit!

Visited on a busy sunny day and the queue was quite long. We didn't have to wait too long and got our gelato quickly. The prices are a little higher than you might expect but the quality is worth the price! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Arguably one of the best ice creams i have ever had, spoken from a true conossauier. The raspberry ripple and snickers flavours were a thing of true beauty and unlike anything i have ever tasted. Will 100% be a part of my regular visits. The service was wonderful too just a shame it is takeaway only currently

The most delicious gelato I’ve ever tasted!! 🤤 Not to mention the most gorgeous Gelateria I’ve ever seen!! Definitely worth a visit! All of the authentic Italian style gelato is made fresh from scratch every day on site! Making choosing your flavours almost impossible as not only are they all delicious but every day there are new and exciting flavours to choose from!! They also have a MELTED CHOCOLATE TAP!! Meaning you can line the inside of your cone or tub with warm melted Belgian chocolate 🤤🤤

The ice cream, shop & service all get a 5* review from us. As far as ice cream goes, this is absolutely one of the best we have tried. I got the Cherry Morello & Belgian Choc combo and I couldn’t recommend it more, even on a could New Years Day it’s delicious!

Heaven for all gelato lovers! So many amazing flavours to choose from, from classic to quirky. The girls behind the counter were all great, offering fantastic customer service with a big smile on their faces (especially the little Italian lady, who had to use a stool to reach to the ice cream at the front; what a pocket rocket she is!). Long opening hours are a huge advantage, as we all know it’s never too late for ice cream. Highly recommended!

Great gelato very creamy!! However, I feel that staff still require a bit of training for scooping technique and consistency. One of the girls with red hair scooped my double scoop gelato but it was notably smaller scoops compared to other customers’ double scoops and the scoops were not pressed properly on the cone. The gelatos seemed like they are going to fall off with them being ‘ placed’ side by side together instead of stacked on top of each other. I have to eat it very quickly so they don’t drop. :( Also the right single scoop was scooped by the manager and it was scooped nicely with a decent amount. Even with different amount of scoops, both look like they have the same amount of ice cream...

I had never been before but was recommended by a friend who is a regular there. Lovely store, first of all. Very clean, clearly the owners have high standards for their presentation. All of the staff were also incredibly nice, really chatty and, most importantly, the Gelato was delicious! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

As stated by others, if you are looking for true Italian gelato, this isn’t it. But just like the nearby Italian restaurant’s imitation risotto, it was still quite tasty. So if you want true Italian gelato (or risotto for that matter) get out your passport and head south of the Alps.

Really love this place, awsome gelato!! I recommend their belgian milk choc its suuper creamy and rich, amazing texture, the way real gelato should be! Can see why they won so many awards , its pricey but you get what you pay for in quality. Feel sorry for the crazy lola gal who seems to be harassing this place. Manager is lovely and im a regular- Hope you find a cure for whatever trauma you experienced in life to make you so sad and angry to obsessively bully a small family business. Maybe get a gelato and you wont be so bitter , it might sweeten you up! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Very nice ice cream, but NOT gelato! Alanda's serves ice-cream and not 'gelato' (the dense and flavourful Italian type). Anybody who says otherwise has clearly never had Italian gelato in their lives! However, Alanda's ice cream was surprisingly nice and much better than the ice cream shops nearby. The ice-cream isn't too sweet which makes it refreshing and not sickly. The cones and waffles are fresh and crispy which is another thumbs up.

There was a large cue in front whilst first passing. The second time around we were alle to choose two scoops of flavours each. Nutella, Belgian chocolate and pistache were great. The vanille fudge was too icy. Er stond een grote rij voor de ijssalon. Even later konden we direct kiezen voor twee bolletjes elk. De smaken Nutella, Belgische chocolade en pistache waren erg goed. Vanille fudge was ijzig.
