We brought our daughter and friends to Creams for a special birthday treat and they were all very happy. An almost unlimited choice of desserts and sweet treats, all the kids loved it and the service was great. Would highly recommend.

Big place with cool disco decor vibes! Delicious ice creams and a very wide range of desserts to choose from. Can be s bit pricey but then the portions are massive, so probably best to share some of them! I used the entertainer app to get a discount and it was not very easy, although the staff at the end did figure it out.

A good ice cream (lots of ice cream and little imagination). A Friday night at 6pm and it was fairly quiet, lots and lots of staff seemingly busy so I’m not sure if that was a takeout function. The menu was very big and elaborate (too big) and the premises were very big and empty (too big), the decor seemed very dated and somewhat vulgar. Prices were good, but the ice cream was bland - possibly bought in bulk from a standard supplier. Nobody asked if we wanted a coffee or drink with it (missed an upsell). Although this was a wee treat, it wasn’t a stand out! Not a returner, sorry guys.

Located in Springfield Quay which have plenty of car parking available although it gets busier at times. Creams is open til late which is handy being at a key location and especially after watching movie or having dinner in the quay means you don't have to travel for quality dessert. Ordered cookie dough couple of times for take out and it was well packed and fresh when reached home. Plenty of seating area but sometimes you might have to wait so better to call in but due to covid it's out of the question.

Been before was great. But during a pandemic they are only taking cash, and wanted me to go to a cash point. I don't want to handle cash before I eat a dessert. Went across the road to Pure Sweet a new drive thru dessert place which takes card. Found my new place to go!

Had the best experience today. I took my 2 children and my lovely husband to this fine desert place. The children both loved their milkshakes but what made our experience that extra bit special was our extremely helpful server who I believe goes by the name of Erin. Her service was out of this world and she really did go an extra mile to make sure we left happy. She certainly made our day and we all left with a huge grin our faces and we will certainly be frequent visitors from now on!! Wouldn't recommend more highly.

Lovely place, nice staff. Only reason I give 4 stars is because our food didn't come at the same time and had to wait 5 minutes for my son's food, one of the staff members had to ask her colleague questions for us and waffles was a little dry . Apart from that it was really nice, nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated and friendly staff.

Arrived at 7 PM. To my amazement I found out that all the waffles were finished. On a Sunday. Ordered 2 deserts. One came 20 minutes before the other one, so my other half already finished eating before mine came. Overall customer service could have been much better as well as waiting times. Food was alright.

Nice desserts, friendly and helpful staff. But it's not easy to get there, because footpath from riverside is closed. Also place should be cleaner, is messy in toilets and on the floor. At least seats and tables are clean.

Not really sure of this place.... definently not the best ice cream place in Glasgow... waffles were overcooked and white vanilla ice cream was not homemade... it was out of a machine. Black vanilla ice cream tasted better than the white which is not normally the case.

(Translated) We were eating there as part of our Scotland vacation as it was directly opposite our hotel. You choose your dessert on the spot, then go to the counter to play it and pay for it straight away. The dessert is then brought to your table. "To Go" there is the ice cream and much more, of course. We all loved our different desserts. True calorie bombs. In terms of price, I still found it in the frame. My "Mango Mania Ice Cream" was 5.95 pounds. The service was quite easy to deal with. Unfortunately, one of the two big bangs in the men's room was broken, as was the only toilet. The parking lot situation is great because there is also a bowling alley, casino, cinema and much more. (Original) Wir waren im Rahmen unseres Schottland-Urlaubs dort essen, da es direkt gegenüber unseres Hotels lag. Man sucht sich sein Dessert am Platz aus, geht dann zur Theke, um das dort zu spielen und bezahlt auch gleich. Das Dessert wird einem dann an den Tisch gebracht. "To Go" gibt es das Eis und vieles mehr natürlich auch. Wir fanden unsere unterschiedlichen Desserts alle klasse. Wahrhafte Kalorienbomben. Preislich fand ich es noch im Rahmen. Mein "Mango Mania Eis" kostete 5,95Pfund. Der Service war recht umgänglich. Leider waren auf er Herrentoilette eins von zwei Urknallen defekt, ebenso die einzige Toilette. Die Parkplatzsituation ist klasse, da es drumrum auch noch Bowlingbahn, Casino, Kino und vieles mehr gibt.
