Even though we went during a busy Sunday afternoon, the service was decently quick (we had a bit of a wait, around ten minutes, but honestly it just added to the anticipation). Got the signature Loop and Scoop menu item, which was amazing! The portion was very generous and it was one of the most delicious churros I've ever had. My friend was given a scoop of the wrong ice cream but this was quickly sorted by the staff so can't fault them.

Amazing!! Ice cream truly taste like gelato that you get in European countries. The churros are made to order and so it’s always warm and crispy when you get it.

Lovely wee dessert destination. Staff were very patient and helpful. Only reason there's not five stars for me was that I adore coconut ice cream and there wasn't any. Petty - I know 🙈 But it's early in the season and I'm sure there will be more to choose from in the summer.

Lovely ice cream, delicious churros. Not much space to sit and enjoy in, but perfect for a treat takeaway. They had a couple of vegan options for our dairy allergic family members in the fridge, but there was more available if you asked.

Love loop&scoop only thing I would say when buying an oyster and not eating immediately put the ice cream seperate as by the time I got home the ice cream was completely melted which spoiled it😪

Sensational - love the great western branch love this one more as it’s 5 mins down the road from me now - yes there on the pricey side but great ice cream great churros what more can you ask well if everyone stops going so the Q isn’t as bad that would be great lol but shows how awesome this place is - super clean inside also - only improvement would be cleaning the outside tables more regularly
