Amazing ice cream - usually a queue outside on a sunny day/evening. The ice cream is incredible and they usually have a few flavours. Relatively expensive but worth it for quality/flavour. They do sweets by weight too - lots of traditional ones.

Suffered a power cut so headed off to get a chippy but had to head a little further afield as our local was affected by the cut. Walked in & the first thing you notice is nothing is in the friers, everything is cooked to order & There for fresh. Another thing is they are also a lovely ice cream & chocolate store, again all made on site in the shop & looks like a family run business too which is a great thing to support. My order was for 2 sausage suppers & 1 black pudding supper & came to £12.20 in total.

I only ever buy special fish (fish in breadcrumbs) from here. The taste of the fish is wonderful and cooked perfectly. The chips are fluffy and also a delight. Its understandable when you consider the food is made to order.

Brilliant ice cream, special family favourite is Raspberry Ripple, must admit haven't tried their home made chocolates, but £7.40 for a litre carton of ice cream which easily fits in the freezer is a must of a Sunday.

I'm relatively new to the area and have only visited this chippy a few times, each time has been fantastic. Fresh made suppers, chips themselves are always tasty, and their ice cream is smashing too. Great range of old school sweets in addition, not tried any yet but spotted a few faves. If you find yourself peckish and you're passing by then I'd definitely recommend visiting.

Great homemade ice cream, great value for money and great hygiene/allergen practices (individual scoops and tap used to clean them and not a dirty bucket of water unlike most ice cream/desserts shops). Definitely will be returning.

I had a really brilliant large fish supper last night from Tortolano's. First time I've been in, I'd passed it many times on the road and thought I need to try in there. Glad I did! It was near the end of the night so I got an extra piece of haddock , which was lovely, as was the batter. Will definitely be back.

Best ice cream I've had out with Greenock. Nothing could ever beat my fave Lucy's (West Station Cafe) but this is just as good. So much choice.

I live in Uddingston and have been to Tortolanos hundreds of times and can honestly say have never been disappointed in the fish supper ( always cooked fresh while you wait) or the ice cream( massive cones and wafers) and very reasonable.
