First time trying kaspas and i will be going again. The prices are fair and the food is delicious. Waffles are a good size and the flavours that all come on top are plentiful. The milkshakes we had too were brilliant. Only gripe was when i went up to order of the six people behind the counter it was only the last to notice me who took my order the others just stood there not bothered

Service s.l.o.w. Too much talking and not enough working. The place itself is pretty and glittery. Don't bother using the facilities unless using a gas mask. The ice creams, shakes and waffles are really nice. I don't know why basic health and hygiene rules still don't apply anymore with long painted nails and rings on servers hands? I mean I wouldn't be wanting to sing happy birthday twice in those toilets right?

Came here today with my daughter and the desserts where wonderful, coffee and milkshakes were very good too :) Service could be faster but the main thing I noticed is that the whole place needs cleaning. Floor very dirty, table we where eating on wasnt wiped off before we sat down. rubbish on tables just left there and nobody clearing away and toilets were filthy. If I would have noticed this before ordering I probably would have left but as I said food was very good. If they were cleaner it would be five stars :)

Really tasty desserts. This is reflected in the price but you can buy a hot drink cheaply when buying a dessert. Also if you go on your birthday take id and get something free. Banoffee Waffle was really nice.

The staff took extra care and made us really welcome. The order was swift and served with a smile My boys and his friends absolutely loved the waffles and sundaes. Add an extra £1 for a hot drink of your choice. It can be expensive if you pay for the whole group. All in all a great experience.

Kids love this place, lots of options on the menu and we all loved bubble slushies! The toilets however leave a lot to be desired. No heating so freezing cold, hand dryers weren't working and there was no Toilet roll, can't imagine it had all been used that day as we got there a few hours after it opened.

I love Kaspas it's a family friendly place which is a great treat. It's serves Ice creams, waffles, crepes/pancakes, cookie doughs, Milkshakes, slushy.. .. The food at Kaspas is to die for 😍😍 But if your looking for something savoury then this simply isn't the place for you 😕 You don't need to book a table which is handy as you can just turn up when u fancy. Kaspas also does take away so u can eat there amazing food in the comfort of your own home. I think the most people I ever managed to fit around one of the tables at Kaspas was 14 but you could probably fit more 😂 I suggest definitely coming to Kaspers at least once in your life 😂

We took the 4 grandchildren to Kaspa's and they LOVED the place. We were hesitant because we had been before and it wasn't very clean but the food was really good. This time the food was excellent, the restaurant was very clean and the staff were proactively cleaning. We can only give 5 stars for this visit. Thank you for listening and taking action. If we could offer a thought? Perhaps it would be possible for adults to get Frappes made with coffee instead of coffee syrup so we don't have to have all that sugar too - grandparents and grand-kids all hyped on sugar, it could get ugly :-)

The place has very loud music which makes it hard to have conversations as well the food is quite expensive. It has good options like ice cream, cookie dough, waffles and crepes. Good range of drinks except it doesn't serve normal fizzy drinks - only coke floats. As well the bathrooms are broken and not very clean

I love the food even though rather unhealthy, personally I have a sweet tooth. The staff are always very polite, only thing I don't enjoy personally is the type of music I'm a bit more old fashioned myself this modern music all sounds like the same rubbish playing in a loop, it also seems like a teen hang out spot I mean don't get me wrong there are a few families dotted about, and a couple couples but 90% of the place is filled up by obnoxious very loud rude teens... otherwise it's a lovely spot, if sat in the right location

Not very clean, slow sevice especially when there was only one other table in use.. Our table grubby and wall was dirty and grease stained. Bubble slush, tastes lush, but are small. Deserts are excellent. Staff interaction was ok. I didn't feel like I was important as a customer, but they were not rude at all. Only the food quality deserved 5 stars. Cleanliness marred an other wise good experience. Will try alternatives before I return.

Wow. Didn't know we had an ice cream desert place in Gloucester. Very good food, and the portions are huge. We went here with a group of people celebrating my brother's birthday and the staff couldn't do enough to rearrange seating and help us. Very helpful and great food.

Wide range of desserts to choose from - the Brownie waffle was lovely and the icecream portions are exceptionally generous. Staff were friendly and the eating area was lovely and clean. The only downside was the coffee was very bitter but that is personal taste.

Great place for people who love big desserts as that's exactly what is served here! Portions are too big for some people but aren't going to be too small for most. Clean restaurant with fairly quick service and a variety of desserts and drinks. Glittery purple and black decor has a nice 'retro diner' feel to it!

All day desserts? It sounds like a pleasant dream I would have, but there's a trend for this places now - I can't say I'm complaining. If you're looking for sugary goodness, this is a perfect place to go for it. The atmosphere is a little forced, and the orders are more frequently wrong than in other places. But that's not why you come here, really, is it? It's for the white chocolate chip strawberry waffles alongside a hot fudge sundae and whatever tasty milkshake you think will take you to the edge of a diabetic coma. Prices for such a treat are also pretty reasonable.

Went for desserts. Menu is great with loads of options plus you can make your own. The main thing that let's it down is the music but I believe this is due to being aimed at teenagers. I wish there was an adult version of this place. The desserts are quite large. Would be good if they had a selection of lighter drinks as its impossible to manage a dessert and milkshake!

Staff wearing caps for me it's a problem maybe isn't for others, it's dark and dingie not very clean theres no male toilet sign the disabled toliet was disgusting was filthy there has been something ripped off the wall and not covered up, feel sorry for a disabled person having to use these facilities. So food yeah was OK 5.50 for a pancake with chocolate and strawberrys £7 for a sundea and 5+ something for a cookie dough that's 4inches in diameter, so for me very overpriced and taste wise not bad but the previous mentioned things makes it a bad time out. Won't be going back!!
