Amazing place! Sparkling clean, including toilet. Waiter was friendly and cheerful, even brought out baby daughter a complimentary juice. Visited for the first time today and was not disappointed. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty desserts to choose from. We ordered a few different desserts and all of them were super nicely presented and delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which has made the experience even better. The restaurant overall was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely go back soon and I recommend it to everyone for a nice day out with the family or friends! :)

Super delicious and not too expensive. Very sugary but the banoffee cookie dough was to die for. Ice cream are very nice as well, especially the mango one or the raspberry one. Staff is very nice as well and the inside decorations and walls are cute. One of the speakers at the back of the place is a bit annoying but as long as you don't sit right next to it you'll be fine

I came in today and a lovely young lady served me. Excellent customer service. I had sat outside and the food came almost immediatley. My table was slightly wobbly but the girl was very apologetic and temporarily fixed it for me. Will definitely be back soon.

We wen’t on Sunday 13th June got a table straight away, the service we had was absolutely amazing this lovely lady saw to us, we sat in a cubicle and the lady kindly wiped our table clean. I ordered a banana 🍌 and strawberry 🍓 crepe with ice cream 🍨 was absolutely yummy 😋 and warm and I was very happy with the filling 👍

I am a regular customer here. I just love their ice cream. They are tasty, creamy and utterly delicious. Till now I have tried many flavours mostly chocolate, white chocolate and creamy flavours. I will keep on visiting them till I leave leicester or even I might come from different cities even if I am living away from leicester. Really nice place for some really tasty desert and a nice place to chill. Some of the deserts they have are incredible and are made impeccably well and even better is that they have a whole range of deserts. I mean the whole a3 menu is fully filled Back included! So many varieties of treats to choose from and overall a really nice to chill with the seating and atmosphere. Location really good too right near town centre so after you’re done shopping or had a bite in a restaurant you can go straight to the cafe without hesitation to walk that far!

I absolutely love this place! My partner and I come here so often that we're known as regulars! A few occasions they've been out of certain toppings or sundaes but that's to be expected with it being so good! The quality of food and staff service is really great, I always feel so comfortable going in. (not to mention the sparkly walls 💗)

Went here last Thursday with a friend, and went the week before as well and had an excellent experience. Unfortunately this week there was extremely poor service and the staff were very unfriendly and had poor customer service skills. Firstly, the orders took a long time, and drinks came after our puddings had actually been finished. The waitress did not even apologise for the long wait, just put them down on the table quickly and left. The staff were not polite. Please train your staff better in customer service or hire new people,as this is not acceptable and a shame as every time I had been before it was great. There was not enough staff serving, only 2 people and since it was school half term there should have been more to deal with the amount of people. Despite this the desserts themselves are extremely tasty and there is a massive amount of choice available, central location in town and good opening hours. This was the only bad experience I had with this place so hopefully next time I go the service will be better, or I will find another dessert parlour to visit.

This place has a very similar deco has other desert shops I've been to. The waffles and milkshake are great. Ice cream selection here is large but pricey, however they're quite nice! Large seating area and can accommodate up to 8 people. Toilets here are also quite nice haha.

Excellent service lovely staff good desert perfect price. Ideal for family, friends or date. It can be very busy, you might have to wait up to 30min. Max it was bonfire night so it make sense however what you get worth it. Didn't want to go but my gf forced and had a wonderful experience!!! Very glittery decor, felt the menu was too big to be able to decide what to eat. Serving staff seemed less than happy to be there, 1 slammed a plate on the table and another started removing plates even though there was food still on them and we hadn't finished. Food was good.

I went for a walk yesterday and saw Cream's and fancied a milkshake - don't ask me why as it was cold (I'm a little loopy like that)! I was welcomed into Creams by the owner and I ordered a Vegan chocolate milkshake - which is made with dairy free ice cream and soya milk. I spent a few moments chatting to the business owner who explained the challenges they have faced with COVID - it hasn't been easy. These guys have set the business up to be fully COVID SAFE with screens set up at the order point & hand sanitization station at entry. The milkshake was really tasty and the service was really good. Please support local businesses who are going through a REALLY tough time. They could do with your support.

Creams is a nice desert parlour, it is situated in the city centre in a very clean and modern design. The deserts are OK but the milkshakes are without a doubt star of the show, with so many flavour combinations to choose from it is a real treat. I only gave 3 stars based on the prices otherwise it would have been 4.

I went here with my boy. The Cafe was large, bigger than other dessert places I’ve been to. A surprise to be sure but a welcome one. The waitresses were polite, kind and peng, I was almost swooned by them. My favourite dessert would be the Milk Chocolate Cookie Dough Utopia - it was like heaven on a plate. Out orders were given to us quick. It was clear that they put effort into our food and I was gassed. I’ll continue to visit in moderation.

I am a big fan of Creams and was delighted it is now in Leicester! I had the Eaten Mess which was amazing. My friend ordered her own mix but the order was taken down wrongly. I can see all the bad reviews but I think you have to account for the fact it's a new place so it will take a few weeks for them to get on top of operations.

Nice range of desserts: waffles, ice cream, gelato, cakes, milkshakes, sundaes, cookie dough etc. Good location in city centre and easily accessible. Full windows are opened sometimes and on hot days so it gives nice view and relaxing vibe. Music is a little too loud sometimes. So prevents conversations if relaxing with people

Food is expensive but comes in larger portions, but tastes the same as other, cheaper and nearby gelato places. Menu is overwhelming to read with the amount of colours and different fonts used, and the number of items on the menu. Music plays too loudly to have a conversation with people in your group.
