I went to kaspa's for the first time. When I entered a young lady welcomed us as took us to a table then returned with menus, so I assumed that it was table service. Unfortunately it's not table service as I found out after a bit of a wait, it would have been helpful if they told you to order at the counter when they first welcomed you. Now the important bit 😁 It looks a bit expensive but the portion sizes are large, all 3 of us could not finish it all and left happy and satisfied. The food was good quality and tasted fantastic, the restaurant was clean and well kept. I enjoyed my time there and will return for special occasions.

Dessert heaven! You name it, they've got it as a dessert! Not just with the food, they've got drinks to satisfy any sweet tooth or craving you've got. Really welcoming and friendly staff, the place gave off old fashion milkshake roller rink vibes, which is awesome. (In my opinion)

It was my first visit and hopefully not my last. I have a love of white chocolate so decided to have the "Strawberry Indulge" , it was a waffle base with sliced strawberries, white chocolate sauce, white chocolate flakes and whipped cream, washed down with a white hot chocolate. It was gorgeous and only slightly over sweet. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the place was clean. The only downside was the wait but they were very busy.

Kaspas is a great restaurant full of an endless array of delicious desserts! Service can be a bit slow at times and on occasion you’ll find waffles in particular can taste a bit underdone and eggy, but overall a really good place to have a treat and perhaps celebrate a special occasion.

Yeah I mean it's OK. I'm not big on ice-cream. I went for a protein shake, they'd sold out. The service was good. Overall I don't agree with the idea of a dessert bar. But it's ok.

First time ever coming here and a great first impression! Kaspers is lovely and bright and clean, the staff are helpful, friendly, polite and after omgosh-ing at the menu, made me feel a bit at ease about my choice! I choose the crumble waffle with coconut ice cream and it was amazing! Highly recommend it! I had the Caribbean smoothee and it complimented the waffle perfectly. The waffle is very filling and is the perfect treat. Toilets are lovely and clean. Overall can't fault the cleanliness, atmosphere and wonderful staff. I'd definitely come again and recommend to others.

It was good but only if you aren't counting calories because if you want something that is loaded with chocolate you're looking at 1100 calories plus. So it's great if you don't mind.

I really enjoyed the desert and the whole experience. You have to go up and order but for me it took around 10 minutes for the waffle and sundae to come out which were amazing! The price of both came to around £13 but it is definitely worth it, if only for a treat.

Exactly what you'd expect! I had a strawberry and butterscotch waffle with vanilla ice cream and an americano coffee (as pictured). Loads and loads of choice on the menu. Amazing decor. Looks stunning and very clean. It is pricey and there should be a table service imo. You have to go up to order. Will go back but not often. Do not go here if you're on a diet! Service lets them down.

Good desserts. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The options are suggearions and easy and free to switch 1 topping for another. I ordered starwberry waffles with digestive crumbs and milk chocolate, it was very tasty. My wife ordered a starwberey crepe and she enjoyed it alot. Ice cream and whip cream came in separate containers so we could add them at our lesiure. Clean restaurant. Will be coming back.

Really enjoyed our visit, portions are huge so although it does look expensive you can probably share and I'd recommend sharing first then adding to your order if needed. Really nice inside and only let down by the fact we stood about not knowing what to do for a while, got a table then had to go hunt for spoons. It wasn't too busy either but will definitely be back as the puddings, shakes and frappe were amazing! I can see now why it's so popular.

First time using them via Uber Eats and found it to be a very nice experience. The chocolate chip cookie dough was really nice, though found it could’ve been a little hotter. But I am ten minutes from here by car so it was obvious it would’ve cooled slightly when getting to me. The Ice cream that came with it was a nice portion too. The Oreo milkshake was good. So will use again if it takes my fancy.

Service was great the food was excellent and generally the place was clean and tidy until you need the toilet there are 3 unisex cubicles and all 3 were minging with water/urine on the floor and the seats now the underneath of the seats were worse with all manner of dirt on them. Now the cutlery didn't look to great either and neither was the plates with brown spots on and the underneath of them was filthy Would I recommend this place yes the food was great as we're the staff they just need to sort out the other bits and I wish I could add photos

Amazing setting, great menu, let down by steep prices and appallingly slow service. Was about a third full when we visited, but was warned it would be 20 minute wait on food. Ordered two coffees and two desserts. Nearly an hour later the coffee arrived. Similar wait for the ice cream and waffle. Although ice cream was nice, waffle was let down by toppings mainly being on one side. At a few pence short of £20, would expect bit better food and a lot better service.

People are complaining about the wait and quality after admitting they've not even been. This place, like any others has it's peak times, at which, the staff make it clear to the customers coming in what the wait will be for both the food and a table. The portions are plentiful and they offer take outs for those who can't finish them. Staff are friendly and the food is made fresh so there will always be a little wait. I would recommend this place to anyone, albeit maybe at the right time to avoid longer waits.

Nice setting, good food, great coffee but the service was disappointing. We waited 35 minutes for 2 crepes. When they did arrive at our table we'd already finished our drinks. This was at a time when they didn't seem to be too busy.

Diabetes on plate pretty much. Nice but could be better. I went for the knickbockerglory which was just averaging neopoliton ice cream and a small amount of tinned fruit. Wife had a waffle which was nice but again lavered in syrup.. such a nice place inside, was expecting better quality though

Lovely desserts - my wife had a crepe which she thoroughly enjoyed and I had fudge brownie cookie dough with vanilla ice cream and a cherry gelato on the side which was excellent. Only reason I haven't given it five stars was we had to wait longer than I'd expected for our food. However, I'd definitely recommend it, certainly worth a visit or ten!

Ate here and it was quite good even though it was busy, service was fine, though considering how much the staff are at the tables anyway the ordering system is a bit ridiculous, might as well take the orders at the table. I had a Canadian waffle which was nicely balanced with maple syrup and cinnamon. Hopefully they use real maple syrup, not impossible to get you just need to keep track. I also had a lemon float. This gave it a nice balance, they certainly will give some of the shops on the High Street a run for their money.

Kaspa's was a great, family friendly and upbeat place to go for dessert. We decided to go as a fathers day treat for my Dad. The desserts were fantastic and very filling. Due to its busy day, it was a task for the staff to find a table for 7 (perhaps due to fathers day celebrations and it only having been open for just about a week). Nevertheless, they were very responsive and put three tables together for us! My one complaint, and perhaps a very significant issue, would be the state of the glasses we were given. We asked for 7 glasses of water, 2 of which had lipstick marks on along with the rest being sticky to hold. Unfortunately this meant we did not want to drink from these glasses. Other than that, great service and great place. But please resolve this issue as it may become a cause for concern. I would like to add, it is their first week in Lincoln and considering these circumstances are doing a great job! Just need to brush up in a few places.

Went here on a busy Saturday afternoon.. Mistake! 15 minute wait for a table,get your table choose your deserts, 15 minutes in a que to order them another 30 minutes before food arrived.. 2 sundaes and a waffle were just under 20 pounds..with no drinks.. Is it worth the wait.. Probably not.. Would I go again without the wait..? Doubt it.. Think I'll stick to a dessert after a meal in a pub!

The place looks absolutely amazing inside, we were sat immediately and the server explained the ordering procedure clearly! Rebecca served us on the till and she was lovely and the food and drinks came very quickly too! The food itself was also amazing and definitely worth the price! Would recommend to anyone!

After a very long week, myself and friends finally got to try kaspas totally worth the wait! It's fab the staff are upbeat and friendly,which is nice to see for how busy it was. We got our coke when we ordered and got to catch up while we waited for food (15/20mins) Omg the cookie dough!!! it was amazing the portion sizes are great, i left stuffed and the price was very reasonable. 100% we're coming back! there is so much more we want to try.

Have now been to Kaspas a couple of times and whilst it is nice it's not absolutely amazing. The service hasn't been brilliant either time and it's not new anymore so I wouldn't say its an excuse. Also sometimes the food has been below par sometimes served a bit cold (when meant to be warm). It is nice but definitely not fantastic.

Quite an expensive place to eat once you buy your desert and drink but it is very trendy at the moment and therefore it is constantly busy with teens who like to go there with lots of friends. It is not too far out of Lincoln from both the top and bottom of the hill and it is a nice place to visit for a change to the restaurants in town. I went for a "meal" with friends and i would definitely go again.

I had the mango and passionate bubble smoothie which were watered down and not worth the price, the fruit balls were simply fruit juice inside with a thin edible plastic surrounding it. The strawberry and cream crepe were average, I would expect handmade to be better than Kaspas, strawberry syrup sauce were too sweet, the vanilla ice cream jus cheap tasteless ice cream you get at any fast food places.

Open entering I was greeted by a very friendly face who sat me down quickly - once asked if I had been before they then told me what to do - when you place your order there is only one till which can slow things down especially if someone is there and doesn’t know what they want.. once ordered the food didn’t take too long , it was amazing I had the waffles which were freshly made and lush , my children had sundaes .. presentation was amazing and although busy they really did so well- I was worried about coming after reading other reviews but I’m glad I did come as it was great .. I will certainly come again
