The Afters has gone smaller store. The space seems to be little more crowded for my liking. They do maintain cleaning and covid compliance to every seating's. Child friendly yes but no high chairs or baby room to feed etc. No car parking. Staff are great and the portion is decent and I would say little pricey I noticed.
They should do royalty card for customers etc... For retention.
The other thing is seating arrangements booth is were too close to others. And no AC to allow fresh air.
Outside of this it was great family time.

One of the best Falooda( Asian Ice cream kulfa with rice noodles, creamy cold milk and chia seeds). When I had today for our Eid Celibration, one was not enough 💖😍👌
On other hand my son desert (white chocolate chip cooky dough) was ..row and too sweet.
Setting was amazing, clean and service was good but they don't take criticism very well😏
But I will still rate them good 👌💖
j. e.My son and I went for a treat and dined in, no coffee served to have with our red velvet cake and carmel waffles which were very tasty but super sweet. The downfall is you cannot pay by card, even a little market stall have it nowadays
A. S.The premises have been reduced by half after all the refurbishment works. They now have new seating booths which are nice and comfortable and easily accommodated a group of 6.
The ice creams were excellent as always, but one thing I would have preferred was if they could have been served altogether instead of one by one.
Overall it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend people to come in to try them out.
S. C.Been a big fan of Afters for last 5 years. Sometimes i travel all the way from west to eat, because they are open late night and friendly.
However over the period, the new staff are either under too much workload or not well trained. I hope that gets better.

F. S.Nice enough place with a decent menu but in serious need of improvement. The store is in need of refurbishment to shall I say a bit of TLC as every thing is a little bit dirty. Even the signs on the chairs have seen better days and are dirty. Overall staff and menu was ok. Icecream that we tried was tasty and creamy and is recommended.
z. f.Really delicious affordable desserts, they look gorgeous in pictures and they are just stunning anyway. They are huge and you get so much for your money, they're delicious and it comes quickly. I like the staff as well there really professional and nice

A.I ordered their popular falooda, unfortunately the noodles used did not seem fresh to me and quiet rubbery, the quantity of noodles used was too excessive so the entire texture of the drink did not have the right balance and consistency. Next time I would ask for less of the noodles and give them a second chance!
M. K.Really good desserts. A little tip on the cherry dessert, they used the black cherries rather than the red glanced cherries so the taste is going to be a lot stronger than normal. Other than this, nice tasty and cosy place to eat

The deserts are ok but I feel their ingredients are a little on the cheaper side compared to their competitors such as Urban Cholatiere.
That being said, it's a nice enough place, it's open till late, friendly staff, conveniently located. So can't really complain.

L. G.I have been here twice before.It is a nicely laid out on a small space. The lady serving was brilliant; happy, smiling,warm and welcoming.The quantity of icecream is excessive in one serving. I had the Chocolate one ...and honestly!! It had great flavour. Easily shared between 2. There is one thing that you could request them for;not to put too much amount of sprinklers/coloured sweet drops as they were not appetising to my girl. Highly recommended though. Do ask before placing your order as the huge quantity can easil be shared between 2-3 people easily off of one serving.
T. S.I like this place and my kids love it. It's big and spacious decor is good, but some of the ripped seats need replacing. Decent service and ice creams selections are good. I have had quite a few now. Deserts aren't too bad at all.
J. M.Although it was my bday I took my family out for a meal, cinema and dessert to Afters! This place is a real gem. Everyone had a great time deciding on what they wanted, there really is something for everyone, the atmosphere is great, and it’s a real fun place to visit. The staff were v attentive and helpful and I understand the gelato is freshly made by their own chefs and was absolutely delicious with a huge range of flavours available and the pistachio I had has to be compared to the best I’ve ever tasted in London or even Italy!!!

The guy in the checkout didnt even bother to smile or looked me like why the hell I am here to eat. His service at the end made me disappointmented. The girl was good but that short fat guy wasn't good.

Erica our waiting staff was courteous, attentive and earlier in the day has conversed with her on her break time where she took the time to describe a query I made. (Main reason for me to return with friends as a customer in the evening)
