D. G.What a birthday cake! Thank you Baskin Robbins!! I ordered this large cookies and cream cake, it looked phenomenal, beautiful and was delicious! Honestly, my 14 year old could not have been happier. It was so huge that 3 weeks later, we are all still tucking into the last of it. Super friendly customer service too :) Highly recommend.

Importantly, their ice cream is brilliant. I have been eating Baskin Robbins ice cream since they opened up in the UK in the 1970s. Good then great now. Excellent range of flavours, perfect waffle cones that don't get soggy too quickly and quality ice cream with proper flavours and a good consistency.
P. P.What a lovely man who works there. Thanks so much. My son and I regularly go to Baskin Robbins on sunny days and today I took his friend with him for a treat after Holiday Camp. Sadly when the boy got to the bench outside he dropped his ice cream I went in to go pay for another one, and he wouldn’t accept my money. What a true gem. Thanks for being a kind person, you do make my children very happy.
M. S.Oh man, this rockslide chocolate brownie was something else! Just thinking of what to write in this review is making my mouth water. It was simply amazing. Just imagine the perfect warm chocolate brownie, a cricket ball size scoop of cookies and cream ice cream, topped off by a hint of hot fudge. Simply amazing! Honestly words cannot describe good it was, so I've posted a picture with this review that might help give an idea of it was.

O. T.It has an OK location, and seating. But you go to Baskin Robin's for the ice cream. I do not recommend chocolate sauce as it takes away from the tastes. As a fan of real ice-cream I would prefer a richer and more natural flavors but this is OK for a hot summers day.

( Thanks very much) I called the shop to make aure the cake was ready to be picked up the member of staff he was very helpful and friendly. Always cheerful and smiling - these are the sort of employees who make a difference between a simple ice cream joint and an ice cream joint you'd want to visit again! Bravo!
