Massive fan of Ben and Jerry's and was so happy to see that this branch was still open. Clean store with limited seating. Great customer service from the young lady behind the counter. Limited flavours which is a shame but nonetheless I was able to get the flavours I love. A bit pricey but hey it's all about the experience 😃 Definitely worth the visit plus they sell a few merchandise items too. Spent roughly £30, one sundae, one two scoop cup, t-shirt and a metal milkshake cup.

i went with a couple of friends yesterday, and the girl who serve us was just amazing. It was busy, and she manage to be friendly, quick, funny and sweet! i hope she get everything she deserves, and the peanut butter cup ice cream was, like always, amazing. <3

This store was better than any others I’ve been too. The staff were extremely kind and comfortable to be around. I was served by Muhsen I believe his name was who made the whole experience worth it. Was conversing with me and my friends and overall being extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be revisiting this store due to the amazing service received.

great ice-cream and even better service! a young, precious boy who was called Musan served me the time of my life. definitely coming back.

The place is not great. Been a few times, there's always some tragedy that has befallen the staff. There's no sauce, no cones, no tubs left. We can't take card payments, cash only. Standard Ben and Jerry's ice cream, but served with little fanfare and charm that you might expect for its price tag. Good ice cream, poor general shop experience, time after time. :/

I don't need to big up Ben and Jerry's ice cream! What you get in this shop is pretty much the same thing you get in stores. Tasty sweet rich ice-cream I'd recommend the waffle cone. I probably wouldn't come here every day cause it's really bad for my heart but more importantly my wallet. Oh, and super friendly staff!

I love Ben & Jerry's maan. And this store just makes me appreciate the brand even more! The prices are okay for a quick snack to go. The tub prices are a little higher than retail. I came to this store to find a specific flavour I couldn't find in the supermarkets, and though it was on the site, the store didn't have it. The staff never even heard of the flavour 😔 But even still, the guy working here was so chill, and friendly. Really cool and happy, it's obvious he enjoys working here, serving ice cream to people who love the ice cream. Will most likely come back here when I'm out in central again. Hopefully I'll find that ice cream flavour!

A nice Ben & jerry Location and ins of the in London i think. The staff was very friendly taking My Order and also seemed quite skilled preparing it, which didn‘t Look that easy. The Hot chocolate tasted Great and also looked Great. It was also Really hot, which was good for a cold day in January. I Would defintely recommend this Ben and Jerry Location.

We had 2 very indulgent icecream sundaes one with warm fudge sauce and the other with cookies. The guys who served us were friendly and helpful. A delicious treat.

Absolutely loved my surprise Oreo ice cream birthday cake from here. Every birthday should have ice cream cake and this makes those dreams come true. They give you a complementary of candles with each purchase. Just watch out for your knives. Even after a 45 min tube ride this cake was not thawed out.

Finally after, at least 4 years of searching in the hope that somebody, somewhere hadn't lost the plot entirely, and had the common sense to bring back /save baked Alaska. I find it after searching endless supermarkets after an online whisper (shout) informed me it was back. We made the voyage to Soho and how welcome the sign was, the staff inside were even more welcoming if that is possible. Thank you for your wonderful service to the community for all that you do and for finally coming to your senses!!! Happy days all round. Lovely and clean shop, welcoming staff and delicious ice cream.

I was in London for 3 days and went to Ben and Jerry's every night. The ice cream is great of course. The real selling point is the unique flavours you can't buy at your supermarket. Definitely recommend checking out an actual Ben and Jerry's shop, just to try their ice cream in the best form. Plus it's a cute place.

It's a Ben and jerrys in soho and what you see is what you get 🍦 But in my opinion it's a bit too commercial for this location and smaller chains around the corner have a bit more of personal touch to it which I personal prefer but the reality is probably that the rents in this locations must be horrendous and often independent shops can't afford it. However if you love ice cream and especially b&j than this is the place to go!

Nice little ice cream parlour to finish a night out after a nice meal. They have Cherry Garcia (which you dont really get in tubs in stores anymore) and other favourites like Caramel chew chew. Reasonably priced.

The perfect ice-cream pop-up. All of your favourite Ben and Jerry's flavours served in delicious waffle cones with plenty of extras on the sides. It is a little on the expensive side, but comparable with other ice cream places in this part of town. Servings are generous and you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for BJs in Soho, you've come to the right place.

A good selection of really tasty ice creams. Cones are small and cost £1 extra. The portions are medium sized, two scoops don't fit into the cone (I had to take an extra cup as one scoop of ice cream almost fell down). My friend was charged a doubled price and didn't get her receipt.

Wow, how nice are the staff here. No pressure to buy just very friendly. Good location. Shop has some exclusive flavours (you have to be quick as they sell out later). This was a great event I took my twins and we all got free icecream they loved it the staff where so friendly and helpful as I had a buggg. There was abit of a queue but not very long. On the downside a pickpocket targeted me and my kids saw I was focused on them and stole my purse. The culprit unzipped my backpack and took the purse fortunately everything can be replaced and thankfully all cards now days can be frozen and cancelled asap. When out and about be aware of your belongings not everyone is a decent human. Thanks to the girl that told me my back pack was unzipped as it alerted me that I had been pickpocketed and was able to cancel my cards. Thanks Ben and Jerry for the icecream it was delicious x

The Oreo ice cream is probably one of the best in town but the service that Francesco gave me was even better, he made my experience unforgettable and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Really tiny shop in the heart of Soho. In peak hours there’s almost no room to move in and out. There are not many flavours and the size of the cone is rather small. £4.50 for a two scoops cone, slightly overpriced for the quality of the product.
