Amazing customer service. I ordered online and it was delivered directly to my flat. I tried all the flavours. They are all amazing! But the coconut and dark chocolate one were my favourite. To be honest I didn’t think it would be good because it’s vegan but they were way better than I expected. I will definitely be coming back for more. So far the best vegan I’ve cream I’ve had 😁.

I picked up two 16 oz tubs of chocolate sorbet and vanilla sorbet today. We just tried them and oh my.... they were incredible. The dark chocolate sorbet was extremely rich and was my personal favourite, especially because of the chocolate pieces inside. My brother adored the vanilla sorbet- you can definitely tell that all ingredients were well sourced and amazing quality. The owner was extremely kind and greet us with a smile as well. Overall, an incredible purchase that I would recommend to anyone!!

One of the best gelato I have ever tried - and guilt free as it’s lighter and healthier than most gelatos/ice cream on the market. Most flavours are vegan and lactose free which is a plus for me, so I can share it with my vegan flatmates. I got same day delivery which made the whole process super smooth and hassle free. Overall I had a great experience and this has hands down become my go to dessert for movie nights!!

Honestly really impressed with this gelato! Vegan, lactose intolerant and delicious! They delivered it to my door which during this times is very convenient and was the best gelato I’ve had in London. My favourite is the coconut sorbet, smooth and really tasty

Lorenzo's gelato it's amazing! Ordered all the flavours in different occasions and never last more then a couple of hours! 😋It is autentich italian gelato with the plus of being vegan! Highly recommended it! Bravo Lorenzo!👌
