Pretty nice place! Stopped here for the legendary hot chocolate with the toasted marshmallow fluff. Not being a sweet tooth, the fluff was a mouthful. The hot chocolate however was very high of quality. Nice dark hot chocolate mix with just the perfect amount of milk. Will try stop here again to try some of the desserts too. Worth the visit if you’re a crazy sweet tooth.

Ordered the signature hot chocolate. VERY sweet! It was definitely delicious, and while the hot chocolate was tiny, it was hard to finish because it was so rich and sweet. The ice creams were phenomenal actually. I remember visiting here before, they had a Rose Jam flavoured one. We ordered Tonka Bean Vanilla, which I hated, but my sister was a huge fan of. Really depends on your taste. Two toppings were bee pollen honeycomb and cherry something. The honeycomb was awesome honestly, it tastes straught up like liquid honey.

After a long awaited wait of seeing this place posted on Instagram, we finally got chance to visit the Soho branch. We went for two of the “Signature Chin Chin Hot Chocolate with gooey marshmallow fluff”. This drink definitely gives the wow factor, however is definitely the chocolate lovers drink to pick. What seemed to be a manager was lovely, witnessing him attend to every guests needs.

Had the Marshmallow Hot Chocolate as I saw this on Buzzfeed a few years back and so was on my list for a long time. And it did not disappoint!! It was utterly divine and the torched marshmallow with the hot chocolate just go well so perfectlyand elevate the dish highly, making it super creamy✨🍫defo recommend this as I have hardly ever had a good hot chocolate. I also had the Tiramisu, it was a little too strong for me but generally if you like the more stronger and bitter taste then it’s great. The portion may look small but was good as it was quite heavy!

In my honest opinion the ice cream portion was tiny for £5.95 (you get more with a cinema two scoop). The flavours are the main gig tho I had tonka bean and burnt butter caramel. I decided to come here with my friends since we study locally to have a break from all the exams and studying. It’s a little sweet spot with even sweeter desserts and hot chocolate. The guys working, Alex and Miyuki, made us feel comfortable and served us with a great vibe/energy. Their signature hot chocolate is great, the combination of the chocolate and the marshmallow was just perfectly balanced. Also had a great griddled cookie dough with some unique vanilla ice cream on top. The prices are reasonable for a place in SOHO. It’s definitely going to become a spot to chill with my friends and have fun, while taking a break from university. Lastly, that shiii was bussin’ , respectfully!

The best ice cream in London, hands down. The tonka bean and burnt butter caramel are my favourite, but make sure to try the seasonal flavour too! There’s a few seats outside which is nice for a sunny day. The hot chocolate is outstanding and we even got a tub to take home. We have ordered online during lockdown but freshly made is always better. The texture of these ice creams are like nothing you have ever tried before and the flavours are so innovative. A small venue which wasn’t too populated on a Saturday afternoon. The avo-taco I had was rather odd; I don’t think the saltiness of the fried corn complimented the sweetness from the avocado flavoured ice cream and house whipped cream. I would go back to try the other desserts. Also, the hot chocolate with marshmallows was perfect for me but may seem a tad too sugary for others.

Amazing ice cream! The chocolate brownie cookie sandwich with chocolate valrhona ice cream is so indulgent, but so worth it. The cookies pair so well with the ice cream - it is a perfect pairing. The mango lassi tastes just like the drink. Couldn't be more authentic. Both ice cream flavours were so creamy and the flavours came through so well. Service was quick and staff were friendly! I would visit again and recommend trying Chin Chin!

Great Ice cream desserts. They make it right in front of you. You can also watch them from outside of the building. There are options and flavors for everyone, including vegan treats. They have seasonal and holiday specials. We tried a variety of flavors during a "no diet tour" and I enjoyed everything that was offered to us. Everything was very fresh and flavorful.

Been going back to Chin Chin since they opened up a new shop in Soho! They changed their ice cream flavours every so often and I’ve tried the burnt butter, strawberry, raspberry and chocolate flavour so far. They have quite a few unusual flavours like the burnt butter, which actually tasted surprisingly nice. It’s not too buttery and heavy. You can choose to have the ice cream with different dessert, matcha ice cream cake was nice and their signature ice cream biscuit was amazing! Biscuits were crunchy, worked well with the soft ice cream. One thing to note is that due to the nature of how they make the ice cream, it melts quite quickly so make sure you eat it in time!

This place makes their ice cream on pure nytrogen. This means that ice cream is done within 1 minute from scratch, so it's always made from fresh ingredient, and short preparation time does not let in so much air, and results in the most intense flavour I've tasted in the icecream. Would recommend a burned butter one, for those with sweet tooth. In case you like something more sophisticated, try the basil ice cream. Overall it's not overweimingly sweet, but still incredibly delicious

The ice cream can only be described as delicious. I bought the sticky toffee pudding sundae, a choice that I could easily recommend. The products available are a little expensive, especially if you pay for additional toppings, but this is made up for by the rich flavoursome ice cream and puddings. The flavours are absolutely unique and can be combined in various ways with brownie, cookies, chocolate sauce etc. The best one is burnt butter caramel, when served in a cone with roasted marshmallow fluff, the combination is to die for. Presentation of the ice creams are top quality, as well as customer service. Ice cream taste is great, but nothing different from the rest. As per the toppings (See picture), they don't come into the ice cream, but on the side. They are good, but isn't exactly toppings... there are more like candies you can eat on aside. Chin chin labs is so good. Every time I come to London I get some, always making the trek up to Camden Market. Lo and behold this time I discovered they have a branch in Soho! I ordered their brownie cookie sandwich with their burnt butter caramel and marshmallow fluff. The burnt butter caramel flavour is honestly the best ice cream I think I will ever have. Super smooth and creamy, intense caramel taste with bitter, burnt overtones and a healthy addition of salt. To keep this from getting any longer, try Chin Chin, you honestly won't regret it!

Any specialty flavours I've tried have been with intense and bold flavours that have always been delightful. The hot chocolate here is an indulgent treat worth trying with its rich, thick Valrhona chocolate topped with sweet gooey toasted marshmallow fluff and a sprinkle of chocolate powder. Goes well together, balances out the bitterness of the chocolate and the sweetness of the marshmallow. Another favourite of mine would be the Bee Pollen Honeycomb 💕

Staff could however be friendlier and work on efficiency - we were there on a Thursday night and waited about 15mins for 3 people in our group to be served. The theatre of making nitrogen ice cream is almost hidden at the back as most of the ice cream is made in batches and then served from bowls by the counter area. You therefore might not even see how it is made if you are not there when a flavour runs out and needs to be remade.

Delicious full-flavour vegan grilled peach nitrogen made ice cream from Chin Chin club. The ice cream parlour, new and smaller store from the branch Chin Chin labs, was pretty hidden in Greek street Soho but we found it just in time before it closed for the day. They use liquid nitrogen to freeze the ice which makes it very firm and creamy, no watery ice crystals here. Then make the most perfect round scoops with a spatula and a lot of care. The staff is really nice, hip and trendy too. The prices are high for some icecream.
