I was struggling to find the best waffle for my self as it was my first time in creams cafe. This gentleman "ASHOK " who works in creams cafe explained each and every bit , so my doubts were cleared and he helped me to choose the waffle ! Big shout out to "ASHOK"and CREAMS CAFE!!!!!! Must visit !!!!!!

I went there with a few friends and the service was great although it’s not table service anymore you have to go up and order, but the seating was great, lovely booths and private too. So we received our milkshakes, one strawberry & banana & white kinda bueno, red velvet cake with ice cream and 2 royal Sundaes absolutely am amazing very filling. The sizes were huge mainly your paying for what you get. Lovely service, great dessert will be going back with the girls.

We have been visiting creams for a very long time and every time the food tastes amazing. The quality of the food is also very nice. The restaurant is kept very clean and tidy as the staff are usually cleaning it after a customer leaves. Exceptional service at the counter.

Ordered desserts and waited. When presented to us order was incorrect and drinks were not brought over. Went to counter to ask for order to be completed, then had to wait for coffee machine to be cleaned out before receiving our drinks. Long after we had finished eating!

Place is quite dark colour wise but staff are friendly and helpful. Noticed the menu had been updated and they do bubble pop waffles as well now. Food tastes good. They accidentally gave me I've cream instead of cream but the very quickly rectified it. Nice place for desserts, can't go wrong!

We ordered 2 cups of ice cream on our way home. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. The ice cream was delicious!I had cookie dough and my husband had pistachio and speculoos, we will definitely be visiting again!

The service was kind of hit or miss. They moved our table without telling us. Secondly the lady at the till wasnt clear with her explanation of the items I wanted to order. The place was busy and full of kids and families. You would expect that for a hot day in Brixton. What I didn't like was how unorganised the staff seemed to appear. Other than that it was ok. The lotus waffle was amazing!

First time going to the Brixton branch and I would definitely come back. The area we sat in was clean and comfortable. Service was quick and friendly. Bonus points for the slush machine.

Good location on the main road. Good customer service given by a lady who accommodated us well and provided us with more chairs. The size of the dessert was massive for a child could have been given advice regarding size or been shown examples sizes as some desserts could be shared between 2. Overall a good experience.

Creams Cafe Brixton located opposite to Brixton Police Station on Brixton Road is part of the large chain of ice cream parlours in the UK. The two things going for Creams Brixton are the opening hours - open Sun to Thu 12:00–23:00, Thu to Fri 11:00–00:00 and the varied menu that includes sundaes, bubble pop waffles, waffles, creaps, gelato & sorbets, puddings and shakes. The two things that could be improved significantly are the interior and the service. The interior is dark and dominated by purple and black colors - resembling the decor of a bad 80s club. There is five booths and two tables and the main counter is part blocked with baby chairs and a column. The service was aloof with little attention paid to customer at the ice-cream counter ordering ice cream to go. Instead of providing table service, orders have to be placed and paid at the cash register. This can create significant confusion over the allocation and a availability of free space. The icecream is okay but some of buckets of flavours seemed like they had frost bite and needed a refresh. The crowd is dominated by teenagers and families, giving it a buzzling and at times chaotic feel.

If you have a sweet tooth then this is your shangrila. A huge menu of sugary delights both hot and cold. I recommend the waffles 🧇. The staff are great and friendly and the choices are truly endless but make sure you don‘t have any offer meals planned for some time after x

Grear ice cream, I had the popping candy. Not so great customer service. My friend food was served first and I then had to wait 10-15 minutes for mine to arrive, when I inquired l, they were bla about it, and said wee making it now. I then got half way through and needed a little more syrup, when I asked they looked me like I asked for blood, I then explained I had a ice scream. She then said only this time and next time I'll have to pay 40p. I need said I wouldn't pay and she never asked me too. New management need to educate the staff of customer service and etiquette

I know it's uncool to say it, but I actually don't mind Creams. It is what it is. The waffles here are good, I won't lie. The staff are alright too if you get them on a good day and sometimes you can even get them to crack a smile. The actual restaurant however is a bit tired and rundown, could do with a bit of a refurb. I may or may not have been on the receiving end of a hate crime last time I sat in here though. Didn't really hear the guy and I'm not a grass so I didn't bother saying anything. The cookie dough is good too.

Great food and great service, I went for my birthday and was seated right away it's looks so amazing and the food is to die for also the assortment of ice cream at the front of the sgop is mouth watering. The only problem I had would have a to be the waiting time If your with friends some people's food arrives way quicker than others but the taste clearly makes up for it . Overall very good

If you want piles of ice cream for a decent price, this is the place to go. Bring your friends, there's some comfy seats, there's a great menu with pictures, and what I ordered matched the picture pretty well. Most sundaes tend to be between £5 and £10, but from what I remember there was one which was over £20, can't remember how much over, but intended for you to share. Or have a real challenge over. This is a chain so you can find it other places, but the Brixton one is decent if you're around.

This place is packed and is noisy for sure but my hat off the customer service, it's one of the best need to say that we went when it was really busy and also we were a party of 4 plus a baby and a toddler. It was ok...waffle wrapped in icecream with chocolate bar was order, along with strawberry toffee waffle.. taste was ok..The toffee source was oh so little on the waffle and the chocolate source had a taste more of natella (chocolate n hazel source) then chocolate source; not expected. Overall, it was meh ok !

Back in the day this was the spot but the prices have gone up the waffles seem to be smaller and it's turned fairly ghetto. Food still tastes nice but it gets very crowded and busy, delivery would be the best option.

It my first time being in Creams and man it was good. I have nevwr tried waffles and so I got the waffle with cookies and cream. It was simply amaxing and the staff were quite friendly.

Very busy open to late does the bubble waffle wraps which looks pretty cool unfortunately doesn't do food for anyone who's lactose intolerant but apart from that it's pretty good

Went with a few girls, most of our orders was OK. Cookie dough was either overcooked or undercooked middle was solid hard inedible - they did replace it with a whole new one and fudge cake pieces in sundae weren't very nice either :( not sure I'll go back
