Nice atmosphere, I like that they've done away with paper menus replaced by scanning QR codes at the table. It's generally straightforward to make an order but no table service. Suitable for all with a sweet tooth.

Amazing customer service, the staff are always nice and friendly. When I can't finish the dessert they always offer take out boxes to take your dessert with you. Saves you from wasting the desserts and you can have for later. The money is worth the desserts. Always filing and the portion given is decent. Delicious desserts and drinks available with a seperate menu for kids too!!

Not the most loved place ie the furnishings or the cleanliness but went for the new vegan options and they absolutely banged! Milkshakes, waffles, crepes, sundaes etc. Thought the staff were nice

This place was really nice. It was the first time we tried Creams Cafe and it was a pleasant one. The dessert was generously portioned and the service was great.

Fast and excellent service. Staff were very kind and generous. Ordered a vegan fruity crepe that I thought was only one crepe (on the picture there was one). It was a massive order but amazing nonetheless. :)

It was amazing. They have a kids menu as well as a normal menu. Enjoyed the atmosphere. My little one wanted an ice cream so I bought him a vanilla one. They do give a choice of in a cone or in a cup. He only had 3 spoons. Apart from that saff were really friendly there and helpful. 👍

Absolutely brilliant place, all staff are polite and have a common goal of customer satisfaction. The space for parties is awesome and the manager her self constantly checked we was ok and if we needed anything. Staff made us feel welcome and relaxed. Food and icecream are made to perfection and just as you ask, if it is not perfect they are happy to change it without any attitude. I would 100% recommend here.

Unfortunately the waffle machine was not working properly so we couldn't have what we wanted so this reduces my rating by 1 start at the moment. Also, the table we sat at was damaged. The ice creams were really nice though.

Amazing food and really reasonable portion size. Customer skills could be better as some employees do not know how to pronounce food items and you have to repeat your order several times for them to understand. However, this is understandable as emgkusj isn't their first language.... As a whole this cafe is a really nice place to be and i would love to go back..

I love this dessert place as its convenient because there is no other dessert place in Stratford and the food is delicious. It's hot, fresh out of the oven. Their food is top notch and I definitely recommend you to go there.

Beautiful variety, brilliant taste and outstanding service. People who are complaining about the service being slow need to understand how things work on the other side of the counter. These places are busy and a little patience will take the customers a long way. You guys are doing a great job. Keep it up and do not worry about the complains if they are about the delays in service.

Had a much better experience at this Creams. The area where the desserts are prepared was clean and clear of clutter. The shop floor and tables were clean with no food on the floor. The service was fast and friendly.

Friendly guy serving. Nice pistachio flavour, £2.50 for one scoop. Would be nice if they filled the small cup with the gelato.

This dessert place had a variety of options to choose from and all priced very reasonable for a dessert shop. The service is very fast and they make the waffles fresh in front of you. They’re quite stingy on the topping and don’t give you a metal knife and fork to eat it
