Wonderful place to go with the children, or family the staff were very friendly, the young lady that had served us was amazing with the children. Very luscious desserts, they were very generous with the chocolate sauces and milkshakes. 10 on 10 will be coming back again soon as the service was brilliant, also the chocolate fudge cake was delicious perfect for a cold evening❤

I've had a couple of deliveries from here and it didn't disappoint. The crepes are delicious! The crepe royale is one of the best crepes I've had. I love the ice cream also. My daughter also enjoys the crepes here. She likes to invent her own. The portion sizes are generous. It is quite expensive but it is totally worth it. I would recommend.

Great selection of desserts including the new savoury items. I guess they do hot drinks as well but its missing on the menu. You need to ask them for hot drinks if you want/need one. Customer service and staff is great too. Restaurant clean as well as spacious. Parking might be an issue but can find parking on the inside streets after permit hours. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately the portions and quality and price were all a little disappointing. There's another dessert place down the road called UC Urban Chocolatiers with similiar prices however a MUCH larger portion and they invest in packaging to take the dessert home. The sizes of desserts here were HALF the size of desserts of UC. To package the dessert was also a disaster. However the desserts were still tasty and service was QUICK!!! Although Ubran Chocolatiers takes some time to make their desserts, the quality is unmatchable and the value and price is on point. And they have a greater selection too. Heres the difference between UC desserts and Cookies and Creams.

Been here a few times as it’s a well known dessert shop. They have a network of franchise all around UK. It’s a good place to visit weather you are with family or mates. They make a good birthday spot too (not just this branch). They are at a good location as there are many food places around it. Makes it a perfect spot to end up in. The reason why it gets a 4 star for me is because the food takes a little while to come out to you. Other than that, everything was good!

This branch of Creams is not short of the delicious taste and quality that this chain is known for. On top of that, it boasts of exceptional customer service with friend and very helpful staff members. Went on a very busy day thanks to the government 50% discount. They managed the queue well while maintaining good safe distancing, allocating tables while you're queuing to order. I also ordered the wrong drinks and got it changed without fuss withing two minutes of noticing it on my bill. The only problem here is parking if you drive. There are very limited pay parking on side roads and every other parking slot is residents only till 9:30pm. If you drive 500 yards further, you'll get parking bays with free parking from 6:30PM

The ice cream is delicious. Prices are a bit high. Staff was friendly but their system seemed a bit unorganised as it took long till we could make our order and got served. The place was full of families and the kids seemed to enjoy their birthdays. Has a modern American Diner look which is a bit dark and not cozy. I hope they find a better way to organize their system. I would definitely go again - for the ice cream!

I ordered a single crunchie milkshake for takeaway and although it wasn't very busy it took 20 minutes to get it. Milkshake was nice but I've had better from other local restaurants. Some staff members can do with some training on "service with a smile" and snatching money out of my hand comes across very rude.

Nice presentation but when you place an order for two people it's usually nice when you get your food at the same time. I went with my Aunt and watched her eat half of hers before mine finally came out. I also watched a man get moved to a different table because he was alone and still had to wait about 15 minutes for his dessert. The family on the other side of me also had their order mixed up, I've never seen such a disastrous service considering they weren't that busy. I think I'll try a different branch next time and see if this is how things are run or if it's only exclusive to the Walthamstow branch.

If you have a sweet tooth then Creams is a place to visit! I love me some waffles. The customer service in the brunch was a tad slow but the waffle was good.

We really enjoyed our first Creams experience. It looks like some people had a bad time here earlier, but the cafe seems to have fixed the problems. We went on a really busy Saturday, but got shown to our table straight away. After picking our order (Oreo waffle, and two scoops of ice cream in a cup) we ordered at the till and the orders both came within about five minutes. So fast, so good. The ice cream (banana and Rocher flavours) was dense and creamy with a good depth of flavour. The portion wasn't really big but for £2.95 for 2 scoops was good value. The waffle (£5.95) was really big (you could easily share), with the waffle a nice soft texture, nice Oreo ice cream, crumbled Oreo, white chocolate sauce, and with soft serve ice cream on the side. It was very good and we plan to come back. Well done Creams!

I visited this branch of Creams with my daughter. I recieved Excellent service from the 2 female members of staff serving behind the counter. Milkshakes were well needed, whilst waiting I noticed a homeless man begging for food, I'd assumed he'd been there for a while, as I left, I turned to double check the situation, the expression on one of the sales staff face said it all, I returned, ask him what he wanted, I said ill get it, on the condition he leave after he got it, He agreed. The sales staff thanked me as I left.

My daughter loves the Waffles and Cookie Dough from Creams, although I do feel they are a little pricey but that might just be me. Very dark decor and you have to line up to order even if you are eating in. The place to line up is immediately by the entrance/exit and can get very congested making it difficult and awkward to get in and out, especially if you have a pushchair. The seats were worn out and ripped due to wear and tear.

The menu choices are also not boring so it encorages people like me and you to try new things. There are sooo many different flavours of icecream I cant even remember all of them. I love creams so much and genuinely spend the most time there when we meet up with friends. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's almost impossible to go there regularly when the prices are as high as they are. It's annoying because it feels like a waste sometimes however the quality and taste of everything is SO good that you'll never regret buying anything there. Would really recommend trying something different out everytime you visit though, that's the joy of it!

If you have a sweet tooth this is definitely the place to go!! A wide range of desserts to cover every taste. I wouldn't say their prices are cheap, but at least with the portion sizes they give you you feel like you're getting your money's worth. The menu layout looked advertising and leaflet of the menu could be alot smaller, I think for some reason their menu leaflet is oversize. Other than that is good place to be for all occasion. I've notice the place don't accommodate wheelchair users. That will be a bonus if this place has one in place.

I visted Creams Cafe today with my studnets. We are from a SEN school and had many students in wheelchairs. The staff were extremely accommodating; brought the ramp outside for us to get the wheelchairs up. They also offered us 20% discount which was great as the students don’t always carry a lot of money with them. They were short staff but managed to make all our orders quickly as we had to get back to school in time for the end of the day. Overall i have to say it was a really good experience; they were accommodating which is quiye rare to see these days, it was super affordable and we all enjoyed ourselves! Thank you so much 😃

Creams Cafe could do much better it has to be said. Administration - wise it leaves a lot to be desired in that welcome and seating is a mess and you could end up queuing twice if you have come for an eat in experience. I know the score so when there are ni staff to welcome you as soon as I go in, I grab a table, get companions seatedand then go to queue and order. Also the staff taking the order are unaware when certain products have run out so after the order is paid for you will sometimes be prompted to have to choose another option. The quality of staff varies some are really good and try their best in challenging circumstances but some staff make it clear by their demeanour they'd rather be anywhere but here! For your best experience go at quieter times if you can - avoid Friday after school, Saturdays and Sundays especially when young 'uns from the local area come in without adult supervision.

I've been in the queue and had others go take a seat from behind me then there were no seats for me. I've also been told to leave the queue to get a seat only to now be at the back of the queue too order. That's one thing they need to sort out ASAP. Other then that the food I've tried is really nice.. Doesn't take too too long too come.. It is pretty busy every time I've been.. But it is a new thing so people are excited
