The Ice Cream is great, Staff there are wonderful but the cleanliness of the mirrors and furniture isn't so great. The actual table tops and seats were clean but down the sides of the chairs, the walls etc were covered in finger prints, dried dripped ice cream etx which although wasn't complete filthy, was quite noticeable. It was a Friday around 1/ 1.30 when I went in so it could have been after a rush - but it was quiet enough when we went in that I would have expected it to be cleaner. That's my only fault though.

First time at this chain, and it didn’t disappoint! Staff were a bit distracted, but otherwise were helpful in their approach. The ice cream tasted great, decent portions, and the waffle was very well made and fresh. The location is always really good, as it’s right next to Westfield - so it’s very accessible. Would recommend

Judging by other reviews below, I suppose this place really depends on the staff who is currently on shift, as people either love their food, or have horriblr opinion about it. So far I did not have any issues with it -alrhough I'm only orderinh them for home delivery-, but food is always up to standards, and delicious!

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because EVERY time I order creams desserts via Uber eats or Deliveroo, the order is messed up. Ice cream is missing, or some toppings for the waffles are missing. Once, a whole waffle was missing! The worst part is, uber eats and deliveroo don’t even provide any means of contacting creams to sort out these problems. You guys really need to sort it out and stop this from happening over and over again.

Went a couple of days ago, lovely atmosphere very cozy. Customer service was great the young girl serving me was very friendly and great with children. My kids now refer to the cafe as 'the shop with the ice cream lady' 😂 as she let them try some ice cream samples. Will definitely be coming back soon

Went on a hot day to get their milkshakes but for some reason all they could sell was gelato ice creams as their 1 machine wasnt working. 1 person on till with ques going out the door. There was another staff just standing outside the till area not doing much.

Wouldn’t recommend the milkshakes mainly milk based with little flavour. Same price as a Starbucks and the latter, not worth it. Desserts might be good but service slow and tired.

Fun experience despite the lengthy process of ordering. Although it's desert restaurant it was super sugary, even sickly sweet. So much so it was actually a little easier to eat half and take the rest home.

I’m giving this place 5 stars for customer service and desserts are delicious. My favourite order is the strawberry fields waffle, which I normally get alongside the lemon sorbet- absolutely divine. They also have no problem switching the strawberry sorbet with raspberry, which I find extremely considerate and friendly. The red velvet cake can do better, as it tastes more like a chocolate brownie than red velvet cake. But still, overall delicious desserts!

Death by dessert! Well my goodness If you like dessert with ice cream, Creams is the place to go! There is an amazing array of cakes, ice cream, waffles or crepes and my favourite .... hot cookie dough!!! Felt my arteries harden just looking at it!!!! Kids will love it you have to go!! 😋

Mmmmm. Ice cream + waffles + Ferrero 😍 What could be a better combo 😍😍😍 The place is slightly pricey but definitely worth it 😍😍😍 Portion is massive but that is good as you can put them in a box for takeaway. Will always recommend and will visit again for sure!

Is ok but my opinion is staff need to be more aware of allergies and how they keep mixing and dip the scoop in the same water pot after serving This needs to be sorted out as could course serious health issue Reasons I said that is because I went with friends and 2kids have sever multiple allergies including dairy and when I asked they don't seem to.understand how serious it is all they could say "yes we wash the scooping spoon after serving and when I asked how they just pointed out and that is when I.saw how they doing it after served someone who was ahead of us decided NOT worth taking a risk luckily I took smoothies for them kids with me just incase
