Dark chocolate truffle donut is a real treat. The chocolate ganache inside is heavenly. Crosstown are fresh donuts. At their Canary Wharf shop inside the Jubilee place shopping mall they taste the best as they are stored and served inside at the room temperature. The coffees are great too. There are 8 places to sit, toilets are conveniently located in the nearby food corner with many more places to sit. I tried several of their other donuts: milk chocolate truffle, chocolate honeycomb are also worth it for me. Some other flavours have rather muffin-style dough and consistency. They're all vegan too. Rather expensive for a donut (£4.50), yes, but once tried... it's my No.1 donut in London. It is rich, but not heavy and it has never upset my stomach. At Canary Wharf a small old van-style Crosstown shop is also located outdoors in a small park behind the main entrance to the Underground. I'm wasn't not a doughnut fan before until Crosstown totally converted me. I was so thrilled to see that they had opened a spot in Canary Wharf and popped in to have my usual matcha latte and matcha doughnut. It's sweet but the fresh matcha gives it a nice after-taste. The matcha lattes are good quality and fresh. Not oxidised. I should venture into their ice-cream next time.. Yum!

Definitely the best and lightest donuts you can have in London. It is not greasy or buttery taste really good. Favourite flavours are, cinnamon and sugar, cinnamon swirls and vanilla beans. They have occasional flavours too, this month Yuzu with berry lime taste so good and fresh, worth a try. Their cookies and ice cream are good too but not as good as the donuts. Customer service experience is different depending on staff and when you visit.

Delicious good quality doughnuts, I can no longer eat any other. A bit pricey for what they are, but they are good. My favourite is their cinnamon sugar ring doughnut (£3.50 each) not too sweet and satisfies my cinnamon cravings, my 2nd favourite is their cinnamon swirl (£4 each) a bit more on the sweeter side. The staff/service I would rate above average. The downside is occasionally the doughnuts are served stale, Sunday's especially, which is disappointing after how much they charge for them. I prefer their doughnuts over krispy kreme though, which are far too sweet for me.

Great Vegan donuts but VERY pricey. A single donut is £4.50 which is the price of a burger meals down the chicken shop. Locations is nice and clean looking in Canary Wharf with nice but limited bar stool style seating. This place would get a better rating if it was more affordable. I understand the donuts are gourmet but it's way too expensive. 3 stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟

The Canadian girl is the best - always full of chat and positivity! I look forward to my Friday donut treat when this girl is working. The male worker I have seen lately can take a leaf out of her book, hence the minus star! Yes the donut are £££ but I like them, treat yourself yo!

Been waiting all lockdown for a matcha donut! Worth the wait! My favourite donut chain, a wee bit pricey though but great for a special treat 🍩🍩🍩 Went to the little stand outside CW station, staff was nice enough and efficient.

Im not a big doughnut fan bar the classic Bakers Oven jam doughnut (who closed down many years ago) but crosstown doughnuts are very delicious. I tried the milk chocolate truffle and pecan chocolate ones, both were very good. The balance of sweetness between the toppings/fillings and the bread was perfect for me. Quite fatty I think, you can feel/see the grease on your fingertips after holding one, but perhaps needed for the taste. Definitely beats that rubbish called Krispy Kreme’s, though, at a much higher price.

Best coffee and hot chocolate I've tried in a chain. I won't go anywhere else for coffee in Canary Wharf now! I've not tried the doughnuts, cookies or ice cream yet but if their coffee is that good, I'm sure their signature product will be as good or better!

Contacted Crosstown Doughnuts after seeing an ad on Instagram. I wanted to arrange a delivery for my colleagues as a surprise. Darcie replied straight away and was so helpful and accommodating. I was able to arrange delivery to over 30 different addresses, some on different days and include a gift note! Darcie made it so easy and seamless - and even catered for a few allergens. Amazing service and when my doughnuts arrived they were absolutely delicious. Would really recommend using this company for deliveries - especially if you need to send to multiple addresses!

Didn’t realise I loved doughnuts until I tried this bad boy absolute unit. Insanely good, who knew you could fill a ring donut with added chocolate ????? I won’t lie on the last bite I was feeling sick from the chocolate but overall this may be the best doughnut I’ve ever eaten. Bless you so much. Also this store was really nice, spacious and clean and the staff seemed really nice!

I have been a vegan for 4 years and these are no doubt the best doughnuts I have ever tried (vegan or not)! The Canary Wharf shop looks stunning and has a great spacious layout. I went in with a friend who wanted to get some doughnuts for a family gathering. The staff was lovely and very knowledgeable about the products. We spoke to Dylan and Natalie who were a huge help and took the time to describe all the doughnuts and also convinced us to try their specialty coffee. I am not a big coffee drinker but the cold brew is to die for. Love everything about this place.

Donuts are amazing! Go here almost every two weeks. However staff on one occasion has been very rude with an attitude when asking more information on loyalty cards (as I have once received two stamps when ordering 2 coffees and a 6 donut box) The woman serving just gave an attitude without wanting to explain saying that a 6 donut box is one - period. I proceeded to tell her that this has not always been the case in the past only to get a smirky attitude.. Perhaps she might be right or wrong - the inconsistency of loyalty cards and stamps remains unanswered to me, however, the 2 star review is for how the woman serving dealt with the customer. Since this is a service oriented position, the attitude should go and staff definitely needs to get more training to help the customers and communicate things in a more mannered way! And side note, my partner says that coffee on that day was slightly sour too. Edit: I have ever since been dealt with by Rowena the Operations Manager. She has been very understanding and great at explaining with where the branches are at in terms of their loyalty cards. She has also been very helpful in helping me answer questions I initially had! Thanks Rowena!

Best kept secret in Canary Wharf! Staff is lovely, service is quick, amazing coffee (Caravan), very honest prices and a 30p discount for bringing your own cup. And I haven’t even mentioned the doughnuts.

Hands down, the best vegan doughnuts in London. Thank you for being in the wharf. Incredibly impressed that Dylan remembered my name which is either a sign I go here too much or fantastic customer service... it's the latter.

Amazing donuts, but location isn’t the best. Gone in multiples times maybe 30-60 mins after their opening hours just to be told “no” by an employee and then ignored when asking when they actually open.
