Amazing shisha - clean and crisp, doesn't leave u with a ashy taste. Large variety of flavours and pipes to try! These guys know good shisha! Defo visiting again. I had a strawberry daiquiri cocktail - delicious. Great decor and ambience. Friendly staff, great service.

One of the best shisha places i've been to. Their salted caramel shake and desserts are banging. Shisha pulls really well too. Plus, i love the decor and seating! its comforting and good space between other tables. Shisha places often have others breathing on ur neck, this place the seating is very covid friendly. 10/10

I just LOVE this place. FLVRS make one of the best shishas in East London if not the best. They have so many different flavours you can choose from and the shisha is so smooth it just makes you wanna do it non-stop. As for the drinks and desserts menu I have no words. Only thing I can say about it is that anything you pick from the menu will make you fall in love with it and make you wanna order more. In terms of the lounge, I have never been more comfortable in any other shisha lounge. There is open roof, huge TVs on every corner, beautiful corner to take pictures if you like and the list can go on. Lastly, for the customer service, I don’t even need to mention it but all staff are so friendly, attentive and caring there is no question about that.

First time coming here and I have to say it was surprisingly really nice! It's walk in and you have a table for two hours in which you can smoke any amount of flavours. The shisha flavours are amazing and you can get really unique flavours which is a pleasant surprise the pricing is also not bad at all. Atmosphere is really chilled out, not too loud so you can actually have conversations! The staff are an asset to FLVRS and really make the experience an enjoyable one. When back in East London, will definitely be making a trip down!

Can honestly this shisha lounge is definitely one that stands out a lot from others. Very cosy and good atmosphere. Ignore the fake reviews the shisha an desert quality speak for themselves. I’d recommend the red velvet cookie dough (thank me later)... Shisha doesn’t burn quick and good flavours too. Customer service is amazing makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Definitely my new spot now 💯👌

10/10 would recommend!. Excellent service, shisha and desserts. Beautiful interior and cosy. My favourite would be the shisha as it never gets harsh. NEVER. Every single lounge I have been to the flavour would get harsh within an hour, however it is not like this here. I have also never seen mochi in a shisha dessert menu!!!! They have varieties of mochi flavours and all of them are delicious! My husband has also tried the Bueno cheesecake and when i say his the pickiest person on earth when it comes to cheesecakes I mean it!! The man is in love.

this must be one of the best shisha place i ever been let alone the desserts was amazing! all of us received excellent hospitality especially the chinese guy (i guess he's the head waiter?) who made us feel at home and brought us loads laughter! We will definitely going there again! a little feedback for you guys, maybe you could offer some sort of loyalty scheme like Nando's collecting stamps.

Visited this place a number of times since it opened, and I cannot say a single bad word about it. As soon as I entered I was greeted and taken to my table, I ordered straight away as I knew what I wanted and everything was brought to our table in 10-15 minutes. The waiters came over to our table a number of times during our visit and made sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. I will be visiting this place a lot more in the future. Keep up the great service👍🏼

Although it was completely dead :/ there was a hour and a half time limit after which we were told to leave.... very silly. Also i was on crutches well am on crutches and they had me and my friends standing outside waiting for ages. Decor was good and shisha was really good.

i really love the interior design of the place, it's modern and aesthetic. The cakes and drinks are also super delicious. Had to reserve a table because of covid but got there and the staff were all lovely and food arrived fast. Will definitely visit again!!

The desserts and vibe is absolutely to die for! Despite waiting a little (our fault, we forgot to book!), the waiters were so lovely and gave us a table very quickly. We didn't know what to try but their recommendations were top notch and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the night. This establishment provides great customer service, it is quite visible from the feedback received and the volume of return customers. It is emphasised quite heavily on their page that bookings are essential to avoid waiting, particularly during peak times. Swift service is always difficult when trying to accommodate several groups at any one time, even more so when they are not pre-booked. This is something that should always be taken into consideration. It is unfortunate that many people who are NOT customers have decided to leave negative reviews for a place that they have never been to due to a post by an influencer.

As someone who has ACTUALLY been here, I can honestly say they do their utmost best to provide a flawless service that is humanly possibe, naturally there may be some delays etc due to teething issues, but that's as far as it goes! They are genuinely friendly, desserts are great and the decor is to a great modern standard. I applaud their efforts and strongly suggest to visit and see for yourselves and not let the comments of blinded sheep that have nothing better to do than to create imaginary scenarios in which they see themselves as some self righteous heros fighting the devil himself. Sadly until humanity outgrows the mass intellectually challenged, us, the mature and knowledgeable must take it upon ourselves to guide others the actual reality of things. and of course honestly

A friend invited me to have a try at this place and I did not disappoint at all. We waited for a little bit to be seated but is understandable as of COVID-19 but staff was very friendly and our food and drinks were good. But I think I was a bit tipsy so cannot remember how many we have ordered LOL. Most definitely going to come back when I come back to London.
