Had a really great time, my sister and I shared dishes and drank peach and grape soju. Kimchi jeon and Mandu for starters were delicious only 4 mandu but very well made, the jeon was delicious and quite big too. For mains we shared a myeolchi bibimbap and a kimchi jjigae, soo tasty. Then of course we ordered yangyeum chicken and a kimbap to finish our soup off, only thing I can say is there was a long wait between the last 2 dishes we almost got the bill assuming they forgot 😅 but it was again delicious, veg in kimbap blanched and seasoned well.

Ordered mint tea as a drink, kimchijeon as a starter and Beef bulgogi and Samgyetang as main dishes. Samgyetang was a little blend but beef bulgogi was super tasty and good portion! Kimchijeon was a little smaller than I expected … but other than that, it was a lovely experience ! Btw loved the mint tea. I will go again and try other menus as well soon 😁

Wonderful. This place really does a good job, real deal Korean food at a good price. The dishes that I had were great and showed no signs of shortcuts, I know that everyone will love the Yang Yeum chicken. Casual and relaxed atmosphere, what's not to love about here.

First time to a Korean restaurant and I am glad we chose this family run business. You can just tell it is actually run by a family, not a marketing strategy. Pork belly was great, portions were big enough. You can try real Korean beer and Soju. It doesn't say on the menu but you can also get Honey Citrus Tea (and other flavours) as an ice tea, and you should do that it taste amazing. Lady, who I am imagining big sister ( had the vibe), is really kind and made sure we were happy with to food and the service. Just top notch service.

Lovely local and family run place. The food is delicious. We had the BBQ, bibimbap and starters and left the place with a full, happy belly. The fried chicken is incredible, as is the tteok-bokki and pancake. Would love to rate this place higher but the service was very slow during a busy night due to what looked like staffing issues. Would definitely come back here as they are friendly. Recommend that you try this place out.

A wonderful little Korean restaurant. If you're willing to fork out a little extra, it's very much worth the high level of work that goes into making everything look (and taste) great! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff are friendly. It's the perfect place for a date or catch up with friends. I will definitely be going again!

ordered the beef bibimbap , kimchi, and soy chicken wings. i’ve heard a lot about korean fried chicken and tried a few places including four fingers in singapore and i really thought these were delicious and made with the best quality ingredients. i don’t know what authentic korean food tastes like but i thought this tasted exactly how i expected!

An excellent introduction to Korean cuisine. One thing of note, on a mid week lunchtime, the restaurant was moderately full and at least half the diners were asian, quite possibly Korean, which seemed to auger well for an authentic experience. The lunch menu described each dish well but caused me some procrastination as to what to select on my initial visit. Settling on Bibimbap, I found was an enjoyable first choice, with the side of chilled Kimchi a contrasting tang. I look forward to returning and sampling more of the delicious sounding dishes on the menu.

Hillarious that's this restaurant And I have a very similar name I wasn't expecting this to be anything special but I can honestly say that the food is spectacular. They come out with dishes very quickly and never having been to Korea I can say that in my limited capacity it is as Korean as it can get. Really liked the bulgogi beef and the instant coffee which is a Korean specialty apparently (See photos attached)

My friend liked this a lot so we went there two days in a row... the service was OK, not amazing but not bad either. I find it a bit pricey but there were no disappointments with the food. I ordered the Raw Beef Bibimbap (picture below). I can't tolerate spicy food so this was great (chill sauce on the side). The second time I ordered Duck. The taste was very good (chargrilled), but my friend had Beef Bulgogi and it was much tastier and cheaper. It's 4 stars because of the price, and because we ordered rice as a side dish and for some reason our rice bowls were only half way full compared to our neighbours'

I really enjoyed my evenning at the restaurant the food was VERY filling even after just the starter meal I ordered JapChae it was really good. The Kimchee was fresh and quality fermented. The Customer service was also okay the waiters are quite kind and quiet, respectful. As well as the overall environemt of the restaurant was relaxing and zen and VERY clean, especially the toilets were spotless condition. I'd say the pricing was fairly reasonable for the high quality food, and you wouldn't be disappointed when your open minded. i had a group of 5 adults on the table we all had starters and 1-2 drinks no desert the bill came to £165 so around £33 per person. Authentic restaurant very pleased.

Having read the other reviews I was quite dubious about eating here, so I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had a tofu bibimbap and it was delicious, great value and served by polite staff. The restaurant itself is tiny, but also cutesy and it's nice to see a family business holding its own in this area.

I have been here twice now and have loved it both times. The first time I tried the Bulgogi, the second the Bulgalbi, and I couldn’t tell you which of the two I preferred. The restaurant is small and quiet, generally quite busy but I’ve not seen people waitinf for a table (mind you I did go on a Thursday both times). As for price, I think it is a bit expensive, I’d probably like to pay a couple of quid less for most meals especially as the portions are by no means huge. I will be here again as I really do like the food and have a few more things I have eyed on the menu.

Real Korean taste is there , ok for a casual meal if you are in easy going mindset and don't expect much. Few hit and miss but at least it's Korean cuisine right in the middle of Clapham junction. Avoid noodle soup though cause mine was over cooked noodle, and soup wasn't hot enough or tasty enough. Kimchi hot pot was very tasty.

This restaurant has a few stickers from being mentioned in the Michelin guide. It must have been their initial enthusiasm. Now, service is a bit disinterested (but still polite enough), food is ok but not as good as some other Korean restaurants in London (e.g. Asadal) and the prices are not exactly a bargain. Their Bibimbap isn't really up to scratch, overcooked rice, not crispy. Worth a visit if you're around but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here

So thankful for a great family owned Korean restaurant in London. Everything we tried is very tasty and feels quite authentic. Bibimpap is always a winner as well as the dumplings and kimchee pancake. Husband craves the Pork Bulgogi every time and kid loves the chicken Udon Noodles. Our favourite Korean in town. Can't wait to come back.
