L.In striving to make Heavenly Desserts a place where diners can have fun, they also offer a 3-step, create your own dessert option, which begins with choosing from nine delicious bases: American Waffle, Belgian Liege Waffle, Pancakes, Crepe, Cake Slices, Vanilla Cheesecake, Cookie Dough, Brownies, or a Croffle.
After choosing your fave sauce, you then get to embellish your creation with a range of ten toppings, before finishing it off with silky smooth scoops of gelato.
N. D.Came here on pancake Day with the family although only the kids had pancakes lol . The atmosphere was lovely really nicely presented place. You will never see a menu like this in a desert place there was so much to chose from . And there was plenty to choose from on the drinks menu also !! I had the croffles which tasted amazing can't wait to visit again soon

My only area of feedback is, the menu is really cool but just so hard to navigate due to the size.

F. A.Quite nice! Gelato, cookie dough and profiteroles all very tasty but the black current crumble seemed microwaved and the custard was had a big lump in it and a film at the top. The strawberry surprise, on the other hand, was very tasty and I found it very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for a meetup with friends. They also have a vegan and gluten free menu and staff are very nice.

Desserts were really good here although I think my cookie dough could have been a bit bigger (it comes in a small rectangular dish) and I also think they could do with a few more flavours especially pistachio! Our waitress Nihad (I think that's right, sorry if it isnt) was so lovely, helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure being served by her. Nice, clean restaurant however parking is an issue in the surrounding area as resident permits from 8am to 9pm or thereabouts.

The croffles are out of this world, the milk case are honestly one of the best tasting ones out there, the mojitos and milkshakes are fantastic but most importantly the team working there are amazing, great customer service always.

H.Saw this place on insta, shared by a halal blogger. So saved to visit for my friends birthday. I must say it was lovely, the decor, the atmosphere, the menu etc etc everything was really nice butttttttt.... so we made our own waffles with Nutella and some fruits, for the love of God why give that little Nutella? When we actually are paying for it at an extra cost???? That is the only downside. I have added the photo of exactly how much Nutella was served. And thats why Im giving them 4 starts otherwise everything else was perfect but come on we love Nutella😅

The aesthetic of the restaurant is absolutely amazing and there are many photo opportunities for those who are into that kind of thing.
Competing with the well established "Creams Cafe" across the road "Heavenly Desserts" had to ensure that their dessert where just that- heavenly.
The food tastes fantastic and you won't be disappointed from anything you choose. It definitely is "Heavenly". The choice of dishes are so vast, that for some it may difficult to choose what to eat.
Heavenly Desserts will quickly become a must hit location in Walthamstow.

The food it self was was so tasty and I will definitely come here again. The menu given to us looks pretty and has alot of pictures rather then just words so u know how it actually looks like also the price not expensive, it's on point and definitely worth every penny. The vibe in there is not like other other dessert shops like creams and Afters but let me just say the place looks stunning.
S.Too many dessert spots in area have been getting away with murder, selling same old stuff. But this place done well with some unique offerings, nice vibes and decent price.

Recommend trying the croffle, a Croissant that's been in a waffle press. Along with desserts, some nice selection of hot and cold drinks to complement your dessert. Will be back for more!

I. x.Quality dessert places are hard to find. The likes of Creams, Afters etc are basic, grimy and full of roadmen whilst the high end ones in Central London are mostly all hype with little substance and packed with IG influencers with zero integrity.
This particular establishment has an extensive range of quality desserts that actually taste nice with a respectable beverage offering at a reasonable price without the riffraff. The service is friendly and accommodating and the place is clean with a nice stylish decor. In fact, given the atmosphere, vibe and eclectic playlist, you could almost imagine yourself being somewhere like Dubai until you glance outside and realise you’re still in ‘Hoe’ street.

Had an excellent visit to Heavenly Dessert this evening with two of my friends representing North, East and West London. Was greeted by the lovely Aleena who took our orders and even stock checked our orders to make sure we had our delicious dessert in stock. She took our order correctly and in a timely manner. Aleena then served our desserts and drinks on time. She even told us it was her second day, but it felt like she's been working for years. She definitely deserves a promotion. Thank you Aleena.
H. H.Visited a few days ago with my family and thought to write a review. It was a beautiful experience. The waitresses were so kind and accommodating even though it was quite busy. Credits to the chefs in the back because the desserts were delicious including the presentation, especially the croffles!! My new favourite dish. Will definitely recommend and be coming back for more desserts! :)

The waitress who was serving us on the evening of the 21st of May was brilliant and the gentleman whom I am assuming is the manager was very accommodating. Both showed great customer care. They have a vegan menu as well so it's perfect for both vegan and non vegan people to eat together! Music is a little loud for my taste but then that's because I usually go midweek during the day and not there with a big group of people a night out. Other than that I really enjoy everything about it.

M. I.I haven't tried their full menu quite yet and really I just popped by, the mochi was great and the watermelon mojito was decent. The place looks very high end, the staff were OK but not so attentive. Even at close to midnight there weren't many empty tables which speaks volumes given that a competitor is 50yds away. Worth a try for sure, I'll definitely pop in again to get a bite at their desserts.

M. N.Went there for a fondue yesterday with my friend. We tried a few different items like Spanish coffee, watermelon mocktail and the fondue for 2. It was lovely. The staff was very attentive, friendly and we had a great time. The food was good. Fluffy cheesecake, brownies pieces and fresh fruit has been given to us with our choice of Belgian chocolate to dip. All in all we enjoyed it and we definitely will be back. I also recommended it already to a few of my friends. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.

Food - Can't say enough about the deserts themselves, tried the waffles and has to be up there with the best I've tried.

M. R.Fantastic edition to the stow. I have to say after having bad experiences at creams and similar dessert parlours, I was apprehensive about eating at heavenly. The staff however were extremely experienced and attentive to our needs (my daughter has a nut allergy) The store was very busy during our meal, though not so much that you felt too close to other customers, it was explained to us that the booths were not all seated so as not to encroach on the covid 2 meter rule. The food was excellent, well presented and even though the kitchen was busy the gentleman running the kitchen seemed in control and unflusted by what seemed like an endless stream of orders and delivery orders piling up on the counter. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend to our friends and family.

The service was first class, and despite being busy we were seated within a reasonable amount of time. I was mostly full from dinner so decided on Perfect Dream.
The strawberries were fresh and the chocolate luscious for dipping. If I'm in London again I will certainly visit again

T. T.The milk cake is delicious. Belgian chocolate milkshake is nice. Unfortunately their mint mojito is horrible-tastes medicinal, very salty and they put far from fresh mint leaves. What a shame was looking forward to a refreshing mojito after breaking my fast.

I have had the pleasure of going a few times and the excitement of trying a different dessert never ceases to suprise me!
The quality of all the desserts I have tried so far are always bang on!
The place has a great vibe and the perfect atmopshere to relax and enjoy with family or friends.
Most importantly the staff are engaging, friendly and more than happy to go the extra mile!
I can genuinely say Heavenly Desserts is unrivaled in its looks, its desserts and without a doubt a much needed change to the common dessert places out there.
It is a MUST visit in my eyes!
Z. C.The desserts and drinks were quality, it was top notch right down to the presentation of the desserts. The service at heavenly was brilliant, even during the 50% manic period, the staff were also amazing and friendly.
The atmosphere was very classy and vibrant, it's a very aesthetically pleasing place to be at. I would definitely recommend this dessert place and would revisit it again.
A.Bit hit and miss. The chocolate fudge cake (pictured) has been put in the microwave until the icing and filling is liquid. Would be better served cold or warm-ish.
Overall this is the most expensive dessert place in the area. The ice cream is better quality than elsewhere. The cookie crumble sundae stands out as a good dessert at a reasonable price. The cookie doughs are very small for the price and compared to others in the area.
K. D.Amazing new dessert place recently opened. Heard a lot about the brand before and was pleasantly surprised. Wife variety of desserts, we had the cookie dough and the biscoff cheesecake, both were by far the best i have tasted.
Eventhough the place was busy, the customer service was fantastic. The staff were amazing and very helpful in deciding what dessert to choose. The manager was very welcoming at the entrance and once we were seated and ordered came over to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything else.
The decor is brilliant, great for pictures, very intricate detail. Loved that the menu’s had pictures on so you could see exactly what you were ordering. Will defintly be returning. They also have an app in which you can get loyalty points on what you spend.
N.Desserts here taste absolutely lovely! I had the milk cake and it was delicious. The waffle and rose cheesecake was also delicious. The atmosphere and decor looks amazing. Would definitely recommend.

T. M.I'd been umming and erring about ANOTHER dessert place on the high street but I'm glad to be proven wrong. The huge lines of people outside when it opened were a bit of a giveaway that it's worth checking out though.
The decor is a little like living inside a classy wedding cake but the staff inside couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. A waiter helped navigate the extensive menu and gave personal recommendations too. Being a dessert sommelier is a pretty great job title I suppose.
The White Chocolate Cookie Dough was delicious and the portion was very generous. My partner's Cornflake Tart was a great take on the traditional school lunch treat too.
Will definitely return thanks to the service and the HUGE list of desserts to try.

Staff were incredibly friendly and well trained to ensure government guidlines are followed properly. The desserts were expertly prepared and delicious to say the least. This alongside the homely and luxorious environment I would visit repeatedly to try their various desserts and would highluy recommend this place to everyone!

The place is nice and sleek, it just looks nicer in person, not too overcrowded but I went to a weekday and it was still kinda busy. My recent experience was really nice, waiters Majeed & Stafena were so friendly and helped us with a difficult decision as to which deserts we could choose.
This experience compared to a previous experience was so much better.
My previous visit the girls were serving us as there was 8 of us they were quiet frustrated because the orders were taking long (it was our first time in HD). The waitresses were sniggering in the corner which made us feel uncomfortable. We would have left but we had already placed the order.
Conclusion- Only go when there are men waitresses. They serve you better and don't talk about you behind the counter. This experience has stayed with me but only went back because my daughter loved the cheesecake.
The 2 stars I am giving are for Majeed and Stafena…..
J. K.Lovely dessert parlour with an extensive menu with milk cakes, tiramisu, chocolate souffle, crepes, waffles, cheesecakes and sundaes to name but a few! There's a huge vegan menu too. Staff were incredibly friendly on the two occasions I visited, and the restaurant has lovely booths with marble tables.

No one came up to us to seat us and then a queue began to build up, yet there was plenty of seating available. The desserts came out at different pace which is not enjoyable and they forgot about one order. The decor was nice, the dessert was nice but service was too slow for my liking.
V.Its wonderful! Great environment, excellent service, food arrrived really quickly and presentation of food was magnificent. The staff create a very friendly environment and i would recommend this for birthdays and any type of celebration.

We would definitely return and let our friends and family know of this little gem in the heart of Walthamstow. The place is so beautifullly decorated you could dress up and host a Birthday gathering with group seating and ample space.
