The people here are so friendly, the girl serving me tonight was very kind explaining the flavours and choices. I had 3 scoops and each was absolutely delicious. Plus they are generous with the serving sizes. I’d come here over the whippy ice cream vans any day! They’re open in the evening too which is lovely.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool. The staff is also really friendly. Especially the girl on service tonight knows what she is doing and what she is talking about, and you can tell making customers happy is her main priority. Gelatos tasted absolutely amazing

Fantastic ice cream.. great selection and so generous with the flavour. So glad we decided to skip the overpriced soft serve trucks and make the trek over from Waterloo!

I keep coming back for more! Ice cream tastes like proper Italian gelato to me. Lots of vegan choices too. Choice of sugar cone, waffle cone, cups…. They have fruit flavours, dairy flavours, and even other snacks and hot drinks but I haven’t tried them. Dark chocolate is the one to try! This place should have a queue down the whole southbank! I bring everyone here.

My first time at La Gelatiera OXO tower! And you have to go. The service we received from the girl In the scarf was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. She made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Tried marron glacé, pumpkin spice and pistachio - really really good!

I may or may not have been a few times this last week but it's damn good gelato. Whhhhy did they open so close to me so that I will be casually popping by all the time just to make sure the gelato is still good?!

Probably now my favourite location of my favourite independent gelato chain in London. The ice cream is fab and innovative as always, but what makes it stand out from the rest is the light and fun space! Great great atmosphere :)

Excellent ice creams! The ice cream shop just opened but, the quality of the ice creams, textures and flavours were all excellent...! Looking at the location, we all better enjoy it while it last and before hordes of tourists come in and make prices going up (exponentially)...?

I have been there today and the ice cream is amazing, personally my favourite is pistachio and hazelnut. The staff was very polite and smiley. I will definitely go again.

Pistachio ice cream it was absolutely delicious. Surprisingly reasonable prices considering how much ice cream you get as well. Should do a roaring trade this summer and is much better than what it replaced. Really excited to go back here another hot sunny day. Day.
