Is is one of the best Italian ice cream I ever tried in London. I like it so much because they have not the scoop but the Classic Italian spoon to give you the ice cream. This is a huge difference, no to talk about the quality of the Ice cream, good.

Excellent ice cream, good quality and good service always. Love it! Always full of people, has very fresh ice-cream. In hot days they remained without pistachio. They always produced like a new flavour so is nice to try something new. Prices are high, cannot go everyday but is worth trying it. Really recommend it.

Excellent geleto and milkshakes here. I've tried geleto all over London and this is in the top three places to go. I would say on par for when I went on a geleto eating frenzy in Italy. Love the pistachio -strong flavoured and nutty.

This is a great gelato shop. They offer really tasty authentic Italian style gelato as well as gelato cakes and coffee. This is the closest high quality gelato shop to where I live and I often drive around half an hour to buy a takeaway box every few weeks. Their flavour selection is relatively small however the quality is always high. Unfortunately the last time I came they didn't have mint choc chip which is one of my faves. That was disappointing ☹️. But instead I got the peanut butter and salted caramel which were really nice. My wife loves the chocolate and hazelnut flavour. Rich chocolate flavour with a crunchy bite from the hazelnut. The takeaway boxes start at around £11/12 for 600g, it's well worth it to upgrade from the supermarket stuff. I also must mention the pistachio flavour which is very good indeed. As they say "life's too short to eat bad ice cream!"

The best gelato I’ve ever had. I absolutely love their fresh and natural vanilla icecream, but recently they’ve pulled it off their menu as there’s a world wide Vanilla bean shortage. And I totally respect that, they refuse to use essence or processed vanilla flavourings. My next favorite is the dark chocolate and the pistachio ice-cream. Creamy, velvety and you can actually tasted the milk and the flavour of the chocolate or pistachios. Oddono’s also serve a range of sorbets, of which I’m not a fan of. But it’s pretty good. Do try their ice cream sandwiches and waffles. Oddono’s is a must try!

Have been a regular since Oddonos opened in Chiswick, their ice cream is utterly delicious. So when my brother had a 60th birthday ( we used to love the cassatta at Marine Ices) I thought to celebrate him with an ice cream cake. But how? Its summer and he lives in Kent. Salvatore the manager of Chiswick Oddonos was briliant, along with his skilled co-workers he produced two amazingly delicious mouth watering cakes with a personalised design, the cakes despite a 2 hour plus journey in the boot of a car on a summer's day and when my brother's guests saw the cakes, there was a line of people waiting. Possibly the cake lasted 10 mins before being instantly devoured, they have to be one of the most successful cakes I've ever bought-and more importantly brought back happy childhood memories for my brother. Thank you to Chiswick Oddonos for making his birthday so special with your care and attention. Fantastic service and amazing cakes.

I get the large tub at least once a month and the whole family loves. Pistachio ice cream is incomparable to any gelato I've ever had and the other favourites are the hazelnut chocolate and straciatella. Consider yourself lucky if the amaretto flavour is on the menu. My daughter loves the mango sorbet and we've also had the ice cream cakes for a couple of celebrations and you can never go wrong at this place. On my last visit I tried the coffee and that was pretty good compared to a lot of the coffee shops around Oddono's.

The gelato there is one of the best in the area (if not the best). To judge a good gelato use these metrics. Is it too cold, so cold that is almost icy and not like a cream? Then not good. Does it taste of tje acutal flavour? Does it have bits an pieces for example for hazelnuts, pistacchios... then it's good. Does it taste way too much of sugar? Then not good ad sugar covers the actual flavors. I can say that Oddono's gelato passes all these tests

One of the best places on the earth for Gelato! I have a crazy sweet tooth. The food here is so dope. The flavours pack punch. I would recommend the pistachio cone with three scoops, so epic to mix the flavours. The pistachio gelato is my most favourite, nice taste and flavour. Very rich and creamy. I'm coeliac and they were great with handling allergies. Of course they can't guarantee that there is no cross-contamination but they have gluten-free cones, all ice creams have allergens clearly labelled and they even took mine from the top fresh to minimise the risk. Great service and delicious!

Best ice cream shop. Great range of flavours. The ice cream is lovely and smooth. My favourite flavours are the pistachio and the hazelnut and chocolate flavour. They also have some sorbet flavours occasionally they have chocolate sorbet and this is the best thing in the world. The staff are really friendly too.

Best gelato in London simply put. This is my closest branch and has a bit of seating if you to eat in. South Ken and Hampstead also great. Core flavours are all excellent and the specials/rotating flavours always offer something exciting to try. Custom ice cream cakes can be ordered in advance. The other frozen snacks are also all delicious!

Best icecream in London albeit just 3 stars. Was once much better and freshly made in their stores, now it is instead centrally made in powder then mixed to suit on site. They have found a nice balance between mass produced icecream and artesanal, but for an Italian like me it is on the verge of being disappointing unfortunately!!! Also, it's is very very boring. I have been going for over 10 years and the flavours are always the same classic flavours. Never anything new. Lastly, they seem to shy on the wheepped cream. Either it's finished, or the machine is broken or sorry we turned the machine off two hours before closing!!! What, to save 20 pence of cream!?!?! As all good things, London ruins it all. This city is a money machine and will only get worse. Anything good always turns out mediocre at best. What a shame. Anyhow, for all you non Italians out there, go and enjoy as it's probably the best icecream you will have tasted.

Absolutely delicious genuine Italian gelato with beautiful intense flavours. Charming Italian staff gracious enough to let me practice my beginner's Italian on them! A delicious, less expensive and superior dessert to that served in most of the nearby restaurants. Only reason I am withholding the final star is because the lighting and furniture in the seating area is somewhat stark... If they just softened and tweaked that a bit they would be 100% perfetto!
