s. d.I love this shop, the chocolate is delicious. Such a great selection of taste and flavours. The staff are really great at what they do, very helpful. In general a good place to spend money in. After all you get to leave with chocolate.

M. K.Great product, not-so-great staff. Paul Young chocolates are some of the best chocolates - my favourite flavour is Hazelnut, followed by Salted Caramel (inside). Staff in this branch, on the other hand, leave much room to be desired. Instead of making customers feel welcome, many of them come across snooty and unwelcoming, as though they are doing you a favour by serving you. Perhaps some training on basic fundamentals of what good customer service is would be helpful.
