I’m a sucker for gelato or sorbets so I did a quick search for a non-mainstream establishment, and stumbled across this store. I got the pistachio gelato and mango sorbet, which were incredibly delicious. The gelato was creamy and packed with pistachios, flavour and texture; whilst the sorbet was refreshingly light with a delightful tang. The gentleman serving was pleasant, whilst adhering to social distancing and hygiene measures. The portion size was a little small (pistachio, in particular), but if I’m around again I will want to try a few of the other flavours on exhibition. 8/10.

Should really be considered as one of the best Gelato options in London. I don't think anything nearby came close. Really good quality came with a decent price too. I've tried the straciatella, vanilla, and hazelnut all of it taste great. The hazelnut in particular is amazing compared to whats offered in some other shops. The texture of the Gelato is perfect too. On top of those good stuffs, the place is clean and the people are amazingly nice. Make sure to come here if you are looking for Gelato.

Fantastic vegan ice cream, not sorbet yet made with an actual Gelato base. I generally don't like sorbet ones and so phoned this place in advance to ask if they did proper vegan ice cream. The answer was conveniently, a desired yes. Visited twice now. Fantastic, high quality ice cream. They have a decent vegan selection too. The hazelnut was not available on both occasions so tried almond and the pistachio. Both are brilliant. 10/10. Small place with some stools inside and a few tables outside. Edit: Been at least 7 to 10 times now. Might look like a normal to OK looking place, yet the quality of the ice cream is 100% 10/10. Definitely the best Vegan ice cream in London. Hands down the Best Gelato place in London. I have been living in London my whole life and I have also been going to university in Central London which means that at least 1-2 a week I ate out with my friends. For dessert we would often choose gelato and whenever that chance arose, I always suggested that we go to this place. The price is similar to the prices you’ll find in other places around London but the flavour is unrivalled. The spread of flavours may not be grand as other shops, but what they do, they do brilliantly. (I recommend Biscoff, (yup like the biscuit))

Exceptional Ice Cream. My wife and I have been here on several occasions and it is by far the most flavourful ice cream we have ever tasted period. My personal favourite is hazelnut and hers is coconut. Price is a bargain for the quality of Ice cream Anyone who's a fan of Ice cream is missing out if you haven't payed Prime Gelato a visit. I'm in awe at how amazing the several vegan options are. I can only imagine how great their regular gelato is. Best find on our trip to London. Smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. The vegan mango is fruity and sweet, the vegan passion fruit has the perfect mix of sweet and sour which pairs nicely with the mango. Their sugar free vegan chocolate is PHENOMENAL, while the vegan hazelnut is so aromatic and nutty. 100000/10 would definitely recommend.

Hands down the best ice-cream I've ever had. Vegan, but you'd have never guessed. There are also dairy options, if you REALLY must. Sugar free options (again, you would have never guessed) available too. You can order hot chocolate or coffee, crepes (vegan version available too) and waffles. Lovely little spot to enjoy a lovely Italian style ice-cream in a good variety of flavours. Some tables inside plus a couple "al fresco" make the creamy break even more enjoyable. After having had the privilege of vacationing all around Italy (Florence, Venice, Milan, Rome, Sorrento, Capri, ... and many other places), this place is AUTHENTIC and is as good as the best I had in Italy, if not better. Probably the best ice-cream store in London. They have a huge variety of ice-creams such as traditional, vegan or even milkshakes. Authentic Italian Ice cream! I love this ice-cream and it reminds me the real taste of gelato from my town. They have a large choice of flavours like pistacchio, vanilla and others. I couldn't try the brioche, but I will back and get one. I saw the tiramisu and looks delicious. Really recommend.

Very very good and saves you going to west London. I must have passed it so many times without looking. It's behind the theatre opposite shaftesbury end of Covent Garden. Unusual flavours like Polynesia, black sesame and coffee/hazelnut. Caters for sugar free and vegans. 2 flavours for only 3.50£ so forget Amorino and the chains. I'll be coming back! Amazing. My whole family and all of my friends we come here regularly. I think we started our ice cream tradition here shortly after they opened. All major life events that happens - we come here to celebrate. Absolutely the best quality vegan ice cream. It is so unbelievably yummy. I got such a long list of intolerances and this is the only place where I know it’s all high quality and clean ingredients and no cross contamination in the production. The staff are such lovely people and it’s always a treat speaking to them while devouring the ice cream. I would never go anywhere else. I just love it!

We asked to try a few different flavours and I personally got salted caramel and peanut flavours - Perfect salted caramel and a very rich peanut one that felt like eating peanut butter with a spoon! Had a vegan ice cream. They have separate scoops for the vegan flavours and they will change them whenever they are used in a mixed order (i.e. when the scoop might come in contact with anything not vegan). There is a vegan cone as well if you all for it. The flavours I took, almond and coffee+hazelnut, were extremely well balanced with hints of all the ingredients and not too sweet. I often can't finish off even a single scoop of ice cream, but this one left no trace.

Awesome ice cream served by super friendly guys. The ice cream is smooth and creamy. I had the small size (2scoops) which was plenty for me-and I have a big appetite! By far the best gelato in London. Combination of high quality of ingredients, good knowledge and passion makes this place stand out in this crowded city. Besides the classic flavours, they often come out with new flavours for limited amount of time. They also have minimum 6-7 kinds of Vegan Gelato which is also good for people whom suffers from Lactose Intolerance. If you like Gelato, you should definitely try Prime Gelato!

A lovely place for freshly made Gelato. So many lovely flavours and unusual ones too. I decided to try Prime Gelato because they claimed to make it from scratch in an all-natural style. It is very rare these days to find authentic gelato makers who don't use buckets of the industrial base, adding just the flavouring ingredients. So I went, with very high expectations but I was a bit skeptical. Well, this is definitely one of the best gelato I've ever tried in my life. I had pistachio and hazelnut, and they were perfect! The texture is creamy and very compact, not too watery and not too fat. The flavours are intense, with the right tone of salty and sharp edge of pistachio, super smooth and naturally sweet for the hazelnut. I enjoyed every mouthful and I'm definitely going back for more!

Absolutely loved the Gelato here, going to be one of the best choices in the spring & summer! Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the location of Prime Gelato, it's not quite situated with all the tourist & city buzz. Doesn't make a difference in how great the Gelato tastes though :)

Amazing Pineapple sorbet. Think this may just be our new favourite though a cream and Amarena flavour would be nice. I haven't found one that compares to Scoop but pineapple was great, little boy enjoyed his oreo alongside stracciatella and then a second portion of pineapple and biscoff. The pistachio I had alongside the pineapple sorbet was very good, probably the best range of flavours that both of us would enjoy of all the different one's we have tried recently and the staff and owner were friendly and very pleasant too.

Incredible vegan gelato here. All made in house with the most beautiful flavours. They also have a really good selection of normal Gelato too, and also vegan sugar free gelato which makes my Mum very happy! Came across this place on google and decided to visit because of the perfect 5 star rating it got — definitely not a disappointment. The gelato is amazing, and we got to try a huge range of ice cream while the owner told us about his experience in formulating the ice cream. We got to try some interesting flavours that are off the menu ;) We had peanut, coconut and chocolate. The chocolate gelato went really well with the peanut flavour, and the coconut flavour is really rich. Overall, the service is great and the gelato and sorbet we had were brilliant, and we will definitely be back 😊
